Staff was awesome from sending a driver for pickup to bringing us welcome fruit plate. Rooms were clean & in good repair, slightly dated. Overall a great experience. PS add in the breakfast- it’s huge and fresh… worth it!

Beautiful facilities; helpful staff; excellent breakfast buffet; sushi restaurant was okay. Would definitely recommend. The surrounding neighborhood is not that safe to walk around in as dusk approaches. Also, our GPS took us to a different "Barcelo" that was in almost an industrial area several blocks away. So be very sure to choose the correct Barcelo!

I had high hopes for my stay at Barceló Guadalajara, but unfortunately, it was full of disappointing moments. Room Mix-Up: Upon arrival, I was assigned a room, but when I entered, it was already occupied by another couple. This mistake made for an awkward and uncomfortable start to my stay. Overcharged for Dinner: I had dinner at their buffet, but later discovered I was charged $130 for two dinners, which felt excessive. Service Failure: I requested an iron during my stay, but it was never delivered to my room. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected much better service and attention to detail. My experience suggests there is a serious need for improvement in their management and customer care.
