The staff are very helpful and everything is close for you if want to walk around. At the time we stay it was raining and we didn't have umbrellas and they provides us some. My kids and I we feel like home and we always love to come back. We usually stay 2 days before we come back to our home because is very convenient to get to the airport so we don't have to deal with traffic. Thank you for such a wonderful service and staff.

The rooms were clean. Most importantly, the pillows, linens and towels smelled fresh and were white, as if new. This building is absolutely under construction or renovation, and the constant banging and noise during the day was a bit unnerving. Lunch and dinner are available at the Camino Real, not at the Baltimore. IF you are going to have construction and no dining available, you MUST alert the prospective customer so that they can make a good decision as to whether or not to stay there.
