Awesome service. Very clean. A nice breakfast everyday. My only complaint would be the lack of heating. It got pretty cold at nights. Most of the year, this would likely not be a problem.

Hotel is located in best zone of the city. Just 10 min from the airport. There are numerous restaurants just a few min walk from the hotel. The luxurious and swanky Oakland Place mall is 15 min walk. Taxi stand in front of hotel. Hotel is very clean and staff very courteous and helpful. Breakfast is good with options changing daily

The room was nice and clean and large. Check in was quick and easy. The negatives were not good. We could not control the heat in our room as the thermostat was locked. We asked for more heat and they gave us more air conditioning. The room temp was 18.5 C. Cold. Breakfast was good but so crowded. Long lines at the buffets and egg station. All the tables were full every morning! Not sure I will stay there again.

Nice hotel in Zona 10
It was my first time in Guatemala City so I heard Zona 10 was safe and lively, and the Wyndham delivered! It is very well located, plenty of restaurants around, close to airport and other points of interest like Mercado central. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and modern. The only caveat I noticed in all hotels of Guatemala is that the sound proofing is terrible so we can hear people outside and outside your door. But overall good stay!

I was excited when we pulled up to a very beautiful hotel for our first night’s stay in Guatemala unfortunately that was the highlight of our visit. I reserved a shuttle for pick up at the airport but no one arrived to pick up our group, we called the hotel to troubleshoot, I was left on the line with an unresponsive receptionist, asking hello are you still with me? After over a minute of silence I hung up, called back and I was then hung up on. Upon arrival to the hotel after getting taxis we checked in and headed to our rooms. Our rooms were cold, the thermostat didn’t work at all. There was no temperature control in the rooms. The shower was warm but not hot and the shower leaked. There was hair in our sheets, on our couch and tons of dust/dirt under the beds and couch. The patio door didn’t close so there was so much noise. I booked a total of 3 rooms for 8 guests and they were all uncomfortable, cold and underwhelmed. I am disappointed with the lack of communication, comfort and cleanliness. I wouldn’t recommend.

Property was ok but the staff was rude. We were kicked out of the bar/restaurant area twice because it was “reserved” even though we were having our welcome drink the first time and the second time my husband ordered a beer and I was having some food from uber eats. We had to go to the second floor because they said we couldnt be there. The area was completely empty…. The waiter felt bad at the end and went upstairs to asked if we needed anything. I feel like they need some hospitality classes. Terrible service

To much noise , toilet noise , slamming doors from 6pm 3 am . We literally slept at 3am when all the noise calmed down. The view was amazing but we didn’t get to rest in peace .
