The staff is very friendly and pleasant. The facility needs maintenance. My room air conditioner didn't work, even after I reported to the front desk. The best thing about this place is the beach.

For starters,I called the property and messaged about early check in twice! I was willing to pay, but both times were told not to worry I can check in starting at 12pm. Total lie! I had to wait until 3pm. Even after showing them the message reply that was sent to me from the resort via email.The food most of the time was over cooked. Be prepared to be waken up by pigons on your roof by 5am. They advertise live shows/ entertainment but the only show was at 9pm. The best part of the stay was the spa/massage. The lady was very attentive and well worth the 50$.
