We loved the pool with ocean view. Didn't like reservation for restaurants so early in morning not right when on vacation. Hallways not clean, but rooms were. Sometimes the service and attitudes were terrible but mostly the service was excellent.

The service and room was good. Safe and very friendly. The food was not that good, but they did have a variety and other options like the restaurant. You have to do reservation for the restaurant. It’s definitely beach front and I recommend the ocean front balcony deluxe rooms. They had a coffee shop and gift shops. Drinks available and snack thru out the day.

After receiving the wrong room, we were given a room with a balcony which we booked, but instead of the ocean view, we faced a ditch on the backside of the building with absolutely no view. The bed and table top was completely covered in Hundreds of tiny bugs crawling around. The staff member that escorted us to the new room could not get our door to close or lock and told us we cannot stay in that room for safety reasons, he referred us to the front desk, but the gentleman at the desk refused to give us a new room, even after notifying him of the bugs and lock situation. We were given new sheets after the bedspreads were bundled up and thrown in the corner of our room on the floor. I immediately had to book a new hotel for me and my family. I have yet to see a refund. This was the girls birthday trip and we really looked forward to staying at this resort.

Staff was excellent! Plenty of staff in every area. Food replenished as soon as empty. The only thing i didn't like was that the steamers were rarely really hot. Also, in order to make a reservation at any of the specialty restaurants, you needed to be in the lobby between 7am-8am. Being on vacation, I really didn't want to set an alarm to do that. A wider time frame (or a phone call) would've been much preferred. Overall, a great stay, great location, and plenty of staff, food, and drinks!

No amenities in the room, only bed, table & 1 chair. No vegetarian food at all other than fruits & salad. V had to keep asking for vegetarian food & were asked to eat fruits & salad, after multiple requests, they made pasta & sandwich. Never go to this resort if u r a vegetarian. No beach umbrellas, only beach chairs. No egg free dessert at all, nobody made any effort to make it work for us.

This property wasn't the best. The food was not good at all and there were no places in the area to eat. Also, when we got to the room, the pillows on the bed were still wet and smelled really bad. The bartenders were what made my experience a lot better! Would not go again.
