The level of hospitality at this hotel is beyond reproach. I feel they could give lessons to the major hotel chains in the United States. Everything was beyond expectations. I am proud to say we stayed there and will return for sure in the future.

They were supposed to give us connecting rooms, but have made an error and gave us the wrong rooms. Had to wait about 30 minutes. They never answer the phone at the lobby so we had to go down everytime we needed something. They were not able to heat my baby's meal. They told me to heat it with the water at the bathroom, which by the way, isn't even lukewarm, since they don't have a microwave oven. I don't believe the fact that they don't own a microwave oven at a so-called "five-star hotel". Very rude and very inconvenient if you have a baby. Was my go-to hotel when I visit San Salvador, but I'll try others from next time. For sure it is NOT the best hotel in town. Not anymore.

I found a bit unusual for 5 stars hotel if I just wanted a coffee in the morning I had to queue to the breakfast area as there were not bar serving at 8 am in the morning, I had dinner at the Piccasso bar- excellent Good location next to the shopping centre
