Très bel endroit pour passer ses vacances en famille ! Madame Gauthier a été aux petits soins avec nous et tout est fait pour que nous passions un agréable moment (équipements du jardin et de la maison, notamment pour les tout petits, jeux pour les enfants, etc). Nous recommandons sans retenue !

Good value, spacious accommodation
The property is situated in a quiet neighbourhood and just a few Kms from Guérande. It has every facility that you need for a family holiday and was very clean. The only negative point is there is no direct outside space, ie. no balconies, however, the garden is easily accessible via stairs. I would definitely recommend it for a family, who are looking to explore this part of Brittany.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette maison. Nous avons été accueillis par les propriétaires en personne. Le logement très bien équipé et on se sent rapidement "comme à la maison". Nous avons même eu droit à des framboises du jardin à notre arrivée ! On a bien apprécié également le jardin, les jeux disponibles et le barbecue ! Jacqueline et son mari résidant sous le logement loué, il est très facile de les voir et de leur demander des renseignements/précisions. Enfin, on est à peu près à 15-20 minutes de nombreuses activités et sites à visiter (en voiture). Bref, vous pouvez y aller sans trop d'hésitations.

Location conforme à la description en tous points. La maison et le voisinage sont très calmes, nous avons passé de très bonnes nuits bien reposantes. La location est très propre et nous avons trouvé les lits faits comme à l'hôtel en arrivant, avec du linge de toilette de qualité en quantité suffisante pour chacun. Rien ne manque, vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour une semaine réussie en famille, et si vous avez un problème, les propriétaires sont accueillants et à l'écoute tout en étant très discrets. Un grand merci à eux pour leur gentillesse et leurs petites attentions que nous avons fort apprécié ! Nous recommandons sans problème cette location.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in Guérande zum absolut fairen Tarif
Die Gastgeber sind sehr sympathisch und äußerst hilfsbereit - vielen Dank für die tolle Betreuung inkl. leckerer Himbeeren en gros aus eigenem Anbau! Die Ferienwohnung selbst ist sehr großzügig geschnitten (selbst für 6 Personen wie bei uns!) und war sehr komfortabel ausgestattet. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt; der vor dem Haus befindliche Garten von ca. 15x15 Meter war zu unserer alleinigen Verfügung, inkl. Boulepiste, Grillstelle und Pergola - super! Das Haus liegt in einem Vorort von Guérande und ist daher extrem ruhig gelegen, ein Auto ist aber (wenig überraschend) aus unserer Sicht unbedingt notwendig. Eine hervorragende Bäckerei ist 5 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt, ebenso ein Hypermarché (jeweils am Ortseingang nach Guérande). An den Strand waren es zwar mindestens 20 Minuten Fahrzeit, aber dafür stehen dann mehrere in verschiedenen Himmelsrichtungen zur Auswahl ;-) Wir hatten durchwachsenes Wetter, aber das verbindet man ja irgendwie mit der Region ;-) Gerne kommen wir hierher wieder!

La recette d'un séjour parfait en pays de Guérande
- Réservez un séjour dans une location idéalement située à Kercassier, 3 km de Guérande, à la campagne pour le calme mais à un saut de puce des principaux commerces - Appréciez l'hospitalité de vos hôtes, Mr et Mme Gauthier, d'une gentillesse exceptionnelle, qui vous feront découvrir les spécialités du coin, et celles de leur jardin. En prime, la dégustation de Muscadet en arrivage direct de Clisson. - Ajoutez un appartement de très bon confort, propreté impeccable, idéal pour une famille (3 chambres, 2 SDB), avec un vrai grand jardin indépendant. - Rajoutez-y un équipement pléthorique : linge de lit et toilette, cuisine super équipée, vaisselle abondante, 2 BBQ, tonnelle et table de jardin, 2 BBQ (gaz grill et plancha, charbon), tout ultra fonctionnel et pensé pour vous faciliter la vie + jeux extérieurs en prime (ping-pong, pétanque, badminton, portique) - Enfin, utilisez ce point de base idéal pour visiter la presqu'île de Guérande, la Brière, Piriac, Mesquer, la Turballe, Pénestin, et autant de plages et côtes pitoresques qui vous feront vite oublier la grande plage Benoit et ses hordes de touristes en été. La Baule est toutefois à 15 min pour les plus accros. Le golfe du Morbihan à 1h15 pour une escapade d'une journée. - Mélangez le tout, et vous obtenez un séjour parfait à tout point de vue! Un grand merci à nos hôtes, pour la qualité de leur accueil, la fonctionnalité de l'appartement, et les petites attentions qui font la différence. Des vacances géniales, que nous recommandons vivement.
