After a day spent either hanging at the beach or cruising the river come home and enjoy a sundowner on the upstairs enclosed balcony. This is perfect during any season as it is surrounded by windows which can either be opened or closed depending on the conditions.
Upstairs also consists of a large entertaining area where you can hang out comfortably and challenge each other to a game of pool, your favourite board game, table soccer or or just chill on the couch and take a load off.
Downstairs also offers plenty of room to hang out with its large kitchen and dining area.
The home consists of 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 consists of 1 x queen bed, bedroom 2 has 1 x queen bed and the third has 2 x sets of bunks and 1 x double.
