Country house situated in a quiet area between Guimarães and Braga

This cozy house with a covered area of 180 m2 has 2 bedrooms with double bed and two suites with double bed and a child bed. It has two more bathrooms and an office. The whole house has heating and central vacuum. It has a beautiful living room, living room with dining and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen, both with access to a sunny garden with magnificent views. And a green area overlooking the river Ave with about 2 hectares of land. In the garden you even have access to a stone table for 8 people, where you can dine alfresco with barbecue support, sunbathe, or bathe in two magnificent stone tanks, or even enjoy a good book. .
On the lower floor you will find a comfortable lounge with a wood burning stove and a ping pong table, table football and billiards where you can spend your evenings.

Very nice house
It was a pleasure to stay a week here. Well located, supermarkets are easy to get with the car. House is very good, the kitchen had everything you needed, we would definitely stay in this home again.

Bon avis général. La maison est grande et pratique, c'est ce qu'on recherchait. La liste des points positifs est grande. Côté négatif seulement deux : il n'y a pas d'internet et l'eau chaude difficile á avoir.

Impresionante casa en una planta con 4 dormitorios enormes, 4 baños, salón y cocina gigante donde comer. Planta baja con baño adicional y juegos (billar, ping pong y futbolin) Completamente equipada con todo lo que se pueda necesitar. Limpieza de 10. Cuenta con pequeño bosque dentro de la finca. A 7 minutos de Guimaraes y 20 de Braga. Todo perfecto.

La vivienda cumplió todas nuestras expectativas con creces. Muy grande y bien distribuida, con capacidad para las 9 personas que viajamos y más que suficientemente equipada. La parcela enorme, muy bien cuidada y en un entorno natural tranquilo y bien cuidado. Por último destacar la amabilidad de Maria do Rosário que desde un principio facilitó todo nuestro viaje Sin duda lo recomendaremos a todos nuestros contactos que quieran viajar en grupo al norte de Portugal

Adoramos a nossa estadia. Fomos muito bem recebidos com um bolinho caseiro que fez as maravilhas dos miudos. Foi uma semana super tranquila, entre os passeios na propriedade, banhos no tanque que apesar de ser baixinho eram muito refrescantes e noites de jogos. E o paraíso aqui tão perto...
Foi uma estadia extraordinária. Até nos conseguimos esquecer dos degraus das entradas que, porque um de nós anda de cadeira de rodas, nia assustaram à chegada. Nada que um grupo não consiga ultrapassar. A casa é linda, enorme, limpa e acolhedora. Com tudo o que precisamos. De utensílios a paz. O sítio é isso tudo também. A D. Rosário é a anfitriã perfeita.
