Maison très spacieuse. Nous avons passé un super séjour. Bien equipé. Je recommande pour une semaine entre amis avec des enfants. Le jardin et l'espace piscine sont sécuritaires pour des enfants en bas âge. Le propriétaire était réactif et de bons conseils pour l'ensemble des activités à faire.

Villa très agréable, vaste avec beaucoup de rangements. Belle cuisine bien équipée. Jolie piscine, mini terrain de golf et table de Ping Pong. Seul petit bémol un peu loin des commerces quand on séjourne sans voiture. Hôte très sympathique.

Propriété magnifique,agréable et parfaite pour votre séjour en famille . La villa est très bien place et très fonctionnelle. Mais vraiment l’atout majeur de cette maison c’est le propriétaire qui est tout simplement le meilleur propriétaire que vous puissiez rencontrer( a l’écoute ,de bon conseil,disponible et surtout très simpathique) Franchement aller y les yeux fermés Juste attention au moustique !!!😅

Villa avec de beaux espaces, correspondait à notre famille. Bien située pour visite, balade ou plage. Un rafraîchissement serait apprécié (salle de bain pomme de douche à revoir et fenêtre, rideaux, système Wc au 1er). Beau jardin avec piscine, table de ping-pong, bon séjour en famille.

Villa au calme proche des meilleures activités du bassin
Villa en dehors des zones les plus touristiques. Les plus : - propriétaire très sérieux, très flexible et qui offre une communication impécable - les terrasses et les tables qui permettent de nombreuses combinaisons - escalier au début de la piscine et profondeur variable très sympa pour les enfants - volets partout qui offrent sécurité et gestion du soleil sans air conditionné - mini-terrain de golf et table de ping pong - équipement multimédia complet (Smart TV, multiples télévisions,,..) - localisation qui permet de combiner les parcs, la Dune du Pilat, les lieux principaux du bassin d'Arcachon et l'accès à l'autoroute vers Bordeaux de façon assez centrale tout en étant dans un quartier très calme Les petits moins (pour 2 familles avec enfants de 3 ans et plus / et étant donné le prix): - isolation sonore des 4 chambres en haut si vous avez deux familles différentes, qui demande une bonne entente car si un enfant passe une mauvaise nuit, c'est tout l'étage qui est réveillé. Mais c'est quasi toujours le cas pour des villas de cette taille et il y a une chambre totalement isolée qui augmente les combinaisons. - connexion internet très lente (en juillet 2021 mais va passer à la fibre logiquement en 2022) - terrain un peu petit (mais c'est un avantage pour garder tous les enfants sous contrôle) - Un seul frigo américain; ce qui est parfois, un peu juste pour 2 familles - quelques meubles sont en fin de vie (très belle villa mais la qualité de certains meubles ne correspond pas au prix du lieu - par contre, cela facilite l'état des lieux de sortie et c'est moins stressant avec des enfants) - il y a des plis dans le fond de la piscine, ce qui est parfois un peu gênant à quelques petits endroits pour les adultes quand on sautille - Il n'y a pas de moustiquaires mais il y a des moustiques (surtout le soir) - emplacements pour les voitures qui demandent de savoir bien manoeuvrer (si 2 véhicules ou plus) - il faut la voiture ou louer des vélos pour accéder aux sites (plages, parcs, magasins...) car rien dans les environs directs Au final, on a passé de très bonnes vacances et le bilan général est vraiment positif car c'est vraiment une région magnifique avec des centaines d'activités.
