Excellent séjour
Ce fut un excellent séjour dans cette très jolie maison. Le sens est donné aux détails et L’aménagement de la maison a permis que nous soyons deux familles avec enfants en bas âges. La terrasse est vivement agréable pour les petits déjeuners et les dîner. Le jardin est joliment aménagé également. Nous recommandons cette location car elle se situe à quelques kilomètres de points d’intérêt et de balade.

Très belle maison !

Tout était tellement parfait que la liste des superlatifs serait trop longue Une bette maison magnifiquement agencée et décorée dans un véritable petit havre de paix. Maison bien conçue pour un weekend en famille
Envie de passer un weekend en famille. Nous avons trouvé votre maison spacieuse, lumineuse. Bien agencée pour que chacun est son espace. Avec le nécessaire en cuisine, pour être comme à la maison. Nous nous sommes immédiatement sentis bien. Un bémol peut être sur l'isolation entre les pièces. Nous n'avons pas profité du jardin car le temps ne s'y prêtait pas ; la terrasse couverte nous a quand même permis un petit déjeuner dehors. Par contre nous nous sommes questionnés par rapport à la proximité des voisins et de la gène éventuelle. Enfin les relations le gérant immobilier ont été agréables. Réponses rapides à nos questions. Disponibilité autant à l'arrivée, qu'au départ. Concrètement nous avons trouvé la maison qui correspondait bien à l'annonce. Nous avons passé un bon séjour.

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end dans cette maison superbe, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, équipée parfaitement, dans un jardin magnifique et un quartier très tranquille. Nous avons eu d'excellents contacts avec julien à l'arrivée puis avec jana le dernier jour. Nous reviendrons certainement !!!

Das Haus ist gepflegt, sauber und großzügig - allerdings waren wir auch nur 2 Personen mit 2 Hunden
In der oberen Etage haben wir nur das Bad benutzt. Sehr schöne Terrassen, die Außenanlage ist jedoch nicht zu gebrauchen. Der Rindenmulch wird auf Terrasse und im Haus verteilt. Was wirklich gestört hat: Ohne Auto geht gar nichts. Wald (wo?), Strand, Bäcker usw. kann man nicht zu Fuß erreichen, fehlende Gehwege. 10 km zum Strand hört sich gut an, kann aber bis zu 1 h dauern, irgendwo steht man immer im Stau. Für die weniger als 60 km nach Cap Ferret haben wir mehr als 2 h gebraucht - Stau. Fazit: schönes Haus, nette Vermieter aber die Lage geht gar nicht. 3 Sterne ausschließlich wegen der Lage.

Schöner Ferienaufenthalt am Bassin d'Arcachon
Das Haus ist in sehr gutem Zustand und erstklassig ausgestattet. Die Bäder, die Schlafräume und die Küche sind sehr sauber gehalten. Leider ist der Garten inzwischen ein wenig verunkrautet. Die Fotos sind nicht mehr ganz zutreffend, denn das Haus ist inzwischen sehr eng von Nachbargebäuden umgeben. Die Zufahrt ist sehr eng. Es herrscht rege Bautätigkeit. Auf der Terrasse ist man jedoch vollkommen ungestört.

nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans une maison où l'espace nous a permis de passer de bonnes vacances en famille sans nous gêner. Tout le confort y est et nous a permis de nous sentir "chez nous". La maison est bien situeé et nous avons pu visiter la région sans avoir besoin de faire trop de kilomètres.
