While the staff was very helpful and friendly, my room smelled bad, the bedding had stains, the pillows had a bad musky smell, and the run had mildew. Will not stay here again.

Truly Comforting!
Every member of the staff with whom we came into contact is as polite, prompt and quick to deliver the indoor service which we needed. This has not proved to be true for other hotels we’ve stayed at over the last 12 months. This hotel has some deferred maintenance, bu nothing that couldn’t easily accommodate. The staff—made my day!

The air conditioner in the room did not work well. The wall thermostat said it was disconnected and a controlled on the actual unit. On the unit, the only settings were a temperature control for warm or cold and then on cold it was low or cool and fan. It didn’t matter whether I kept it on fan or max cool it remained hot in the room all night long and was miserable. The beds were also not comfortable and the couch was extremely hard

I was walking to check in counter (handicap side)-I was focusing on counter. There is a floor mat at the counter. I didn’t realize it was there and I caught my toe on the rug lost my footing and fell—fell on right hip and right shoulder and hit my head against wall. The employees asked if I needed an ambulance but I said no. Other than a very bruised hip and tailbone I am ok. The rug was the same color as flooring and I think that is why I didn’t pickup on difference in flooring. The clerks and I think manager were helpful in getting me back on my feet. When I checked in finally I asked for a room on 1st floor and I was put in 122. Nice room but the bed had to be 4 feet high. I told him I couldn’t handle that (I’m 5 ft 2 in)..they brought me a small little stool that helped some but it was still very difficult (because of fall) to get into bed. Very difficult night. I was supposed to stay 2 nights but left the next day as I felt I wouldn’t get a good night sleep because of getting in bed and I was in a lot of pain due to fall. Fix the rug in front of check in desk and remember not all of your customers are the jolly green giant.
