The foreign lady from India I presume didn't seem to like if I ask if the area was safe. And my dad of 72 said while he was out walking his dog stole both his wallets but of course denied it and if it's true put him in a bad spot you know how hard it is get a room no id? Never again

I've stayed here multiple times in Waco. It's not fancy or upscale, but scores in every category that matters to me--including price. As a single senior traveling alone, I never felt unsafe. (I should probably add that I grew up in Waco and know my way around.) The room was very clean and quiet, and there's a great Mexican restaurant right next door. Will stay here again/

Knights inn Franklin Ave Waco was a decent hotel. The room was clean and had a mini fridge, microwave, and the bed was comfortable. There was not any breakfast. Cheap simple hotel for the budge minded traveler.
