Andrew's Sandbox's namesake is my oldest son, now a freshman in college. You'll love the Sandbox's 6 bedrooms (5 up and 1 down) and 6, count 'em, 6 bathrooms (4 up and 2 down). Yowsa!

There's a sitting room, living room, dining room, and well-furnished kitchen. Andrew's Sandbox even has a pool sheltered beneath the home!

Other amenities include televisions, DVD players, cable, high speed internet, master bath, central air, ceiling fans throughout, TWO refrigerators with ice makers, washer dryer, garbage disposal, and dishwasher. Outside showers and picnic table. Also, new wifi mesh network. More consistent coverage throughout the home! (Still can't guarantee the local cable company provision, but if its working, it'll work everywhere!).

Added a propane gas pool heater, so YES the pool is heatable to a maximum of 82-84' (the high side of recommended rec pool temps) to take the chill off! This service is by request in advance with a per night surcharge for length of stay (gas is expensive right now, this does not actually recoup the cost!). Fee subject to change due to incredibly high gas rates right now. Any online quote will show the optional fee and its current pricing. You may also add it after booking by simply requesting the pool be heated any time after making the reservation and at least a few days before check in so we can get it on before you arrive. See our FAQ about heatable pools too.

House was perfect, bedrooms nice, layout easy, view spectacular! Wish weather was warmer. We did need to buy essentials as there were no trash bags, no dishwasher detergent, nor spare toilet paper. But every other aspect of the property a 10 outta 10 for sure!!! I'd return gladly!

Andrew’s Sandbox was more than enough room for 15 of us! It was very clean and welcoming. The view was incredible. We loved the giant windows facing the beach! We could watch the people and, more importantly, the dolphins swimming up and down the shoreline. Thanks for a great stay!

Spring Break Trip
Our high school softball team from Michigan traveled to Gulf Shores for a spring break trip. This property was excellent and easily accommodated our group of 16. The location on the beach was great and our kids really enjoyed the pool. This is a great property and ideal location if you are travelling with a large group.

Great house for large family
Our family of 17 ( 8 adults, 9 kids ages 1-14) loved the layout of this house. There were enough rooms for all the heads of the families to have a room and the kids love the bunkbed rooms. Plenty of bathrooms, a large eating area, beach access, and the pool gave everyone a place to hangout, relax, and enjoy our first extended family spring break.

It was our family staying on the beach between Christmas and new years. We are grandma and grandpa and our three children and their spouses and our grand children were with us. Andrew's Sandbox had the most beautiful view of the gulf. We enjoyed just looking out the 2 extra large windows. The Kids and grandkids loved swimming in the heated pool. We enjoyed having the beach a few steps away. We took advantage of all of us being together and had professional pictures. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home.

Access to the beach, Gulf Shores restaurants & activities. Felt secure. Clean but needs a little TLC. Separate bathrooms appreciated. Adequate seating indoors & out. Beautiful large beach front home!
Andrew's Sandbox is a beautiful beachfront home in an excellent location! Our large family found this home spacious and comfortable! Beach access was very easy as it's right out your door. My older parents could easily walk out to join their grandchildren on the beach. After swimming in the Gulf, collecting seashells, and enjoying seeing dolphins, we would all swim in the heated pool. The kids and adults enjoyed the pool with plenty of chairs on the patio for others to hangout. The two refrigerators in the kitchen provided plenty of room for food and drinks! We had a wonderful time here and will definitely be returning!

Gulf Shores family trip
We have visited Gulf Shores many times but this was the first time we were able to bring both my girlfriend's children and grandchild together with my children and grandchildren. The house worked wonderfully for us. Out the bank door onto the beach, the under house pool fir the grandkids, and close yo many restaurants.

Location great but....
When arriving we noticed lots of flies and were told it was due to hurricane. However they were biting so made the pool not useable for more then short intervals at first. When unloading our bags in the house on the first day several cockroaches ran out from kitchen cabinets. Dead roaches found under cabinets in bathrooms. So the first night we ended up at Walmart buying totes to store our snacks and things in. Bug spray to spray the flies but too many. Roach traps. We also bought a bug lamp so that we could enjoy the deck overlooking the beach. Property management answered call promptly, however because it was a weekend I was told someone would be contacted on Monday about spraying. Cleaning crew basically said the sticky stuff was previous damage already done but would come look at what I was talking about. I just told them forget it. I would not stay here again.
