Room was pretty good AC was on 65 when we arrived in the middle of November. Sheets were still damp from being cleaned and the room had a damp musty smell to it. Room aside staff were friendly and sweet, and the breakfast had some excellent options including eggs, sausage, biscuits, cereal, and waffles! Much better selection than most complimentary breakfast’s at other hotels at a similar price point. Minutes away from Tanger outlets and OWA! This is a hidden economical gem only $172 for two nights where most others are $250

ago on Google This was the worst stay ever. The only thing that was good about the stay was the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was dirty, had to share a room with roaches, the housekeeper came into my room and stole my bath and body works. The staff is not helpful at all then Laura Veronica and the guy with the bald head is rude. They have a brand new coat of paint on outside and inside hall ways, but when you entered the rooms it’s another story. Room 141 building C is where we was placed. A birthday getaway turned out to be a weekend of hell. I will not ever recommend this place to anyone. They always putting people on the DNR list when they let the world know of the nastiness of the staff as well as the hotel but I don’t care. I will never in my life want to return to this place.

House keeping really makes this hotel look bad! They don’t fully make up the bed and clean the bathroom! I have complained to the front desk but it keeps happening. There is an older lady on the weekends I know my room gets clean when she works!! The housekeeping SUCKS!!!!

The staff were amazing and we thank them greatly for accommodating us. From opening the breakfast area after arriving late and also helping us check in early as we were fleeing from a hurricane. It isn’t something we will forget any time soon. The rooms were clean for the most part. But we did find some things like the mini fridge unclean and wrappers behind the beds. As well as a few small roaches wandering around. We also turned up the air conditioning as it was set to very low and ended up waking up to a very odd smell. Which resulted in a few of us waking up feeling sick. I believe it was said they that were newly renovated so maybe that was it. All in all, despite a few small things. It’s worth a 5/5 more so for how kind the staff was to us, in our time of need.

Twice with this stay I had to call because I didn’t get room service. Good thing I bring my own cleaning supplies. Yesterday the covers were just thrown over the bed the sheets nor pillow cases where straightened out. I am booked one more time through my company. It’s time to move on!
