There is just something about this end of the peninsula, the most laid back vibe of any area in the southern part of Alabama. We are so happy that this owner shares his slice of heaven with us all. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo will blow you away the moment you step in the front door. Every little detail has been thought of in this condo. The first bedroom has a bunk bed with 2 twins on the top and a full bed on the bottom and is beautifully decorated. There is a large bathroom in the hallway. As you step through the hallway you will see a full size washer and dryer in the hall closet. The kitchen is fabulous with gorgeous marble countertops and newly updated appliances. The living room has plenty of room for your family. The master bedroom has a private bathroom, a queen bed and private balcony entrance. You can walk straight to the pool from this first floor patio! The beach is located just 300 yards away, which is just a short walk and then your toes will be in the gorgeous sugar sand.

One GRC (Guest Registration Certificate) is included in the price quote. If you need a second one you can purchase it from the guard.

Beautiful condo. Short walk to a beautiful, clean beach. This is a very safe area. There isn't any traffic but only one store and one restaurant that is close by.

Wonderful condo! Felt like home away from home. Im a clean freak so i was happy to see everything was clean! It was nicely decorated, the appliences were top notch- from the washer, dryer, stove, fridge, and toaster oven. It was located on the first floor and the facility maintains the grounds nicely. Felt safe with the calm environment, front gate, and enjoyed short walks to the beach. I would love to stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone! Sunset Properties is my favorite property management so far. Everything went smooth and seamless. Instructions/ check in/ out info was conveniently provided via text. They responded very quickly to my questions.
