This spacious beach oasis is located in a quiet cul-de-sac directly on waterfront. (Little Bayou) The sunset views are magnificent and the fishing an boating is superb! The 200 feet of waterfront shoreline offers hours of kayaking (3 provided for you), jet skiing, fishing, crabbing and relaxing shallow shores for swimming, ALL in beautiful sandy bottom blue salt water. The lagoon offers shallow and calmer waters than that of the Gulf, which makes it perfect for the above activities.

The turquoise blue waters and white sand of the Gulf Shores are less than a 1000 feet away (3 short blocks). No need to drive.

Awesome recreational area for lasting memories that includes: sport court for volleyball, basketball, pickleball FUN, corn-hole and a dedicated beach right off the property for lots of fun whether its a family reunion, sports team, corporate group, Church retreats or multi-family get away!

This gorgeous, waterfront home also has its own, PRIVATE DOCK w/ ELECTRIC BOAT LIFT directly located on the property. The fishing right off your dock is excellent. You can actually hear the fish jumping right out of the water at night! Enjoy your gas grill by barbecuing steak, fish, veggies and more. There are two large picnic tables outside with additional seating with chairs and chaise lounge chairs. Wash sandy toes under the cooling spray of the outdoor shower.

You can walk directly onto a spacious private deck from the living room where you can grill and enjoy outdoor meals with your friends and family.

Bedroom 1: The first master suite on the main floor features a king size bed and 2 roll away twin
beds. There is an enormous en-suite bath with jetted tub and separate shower. It has a walk-in
closet, television and beautiful tray ceilings. You can walk out directly onto a huge deck to enjoy
a morning cup of coffee while watching the sun dance on the water.

Bedroom 2: The second bedroom on the main floor features a queen bed and a twin bunk with
a twin trundle. This spacious room has a closet and tv. It has a full private bathroom. Sleeps
total of 4.

Bedroom 3: This bedroom on the second floor features a king bed with a bunk bed with trundle. The bedroom is equipped with a tv and has beautiful water views. Sleeps total of 4

Family vacay
Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The pool was pretty messy and cloudy when we got there but I’m pretty sure it was from the people who were there before us. The pool company came and got it all cleared up for us. We really liked the location. Close to beaches and walking distance to some shops and restaurants. Pier 33 Was a great place to pick up what we needed and grab and big Pina colada or strawberry Daiquiri to go! Sunsets are amazing!

Overall Review of Stay
The fifth bedroom was totally unusable as a bedroom. The AC did not work in that room even with keeping the door closed so we were short on bedrooms with 13 people staying in the house. Use of pool floats and fishing gear would have been nice for the property to have provided. These are not items that you can just take on a plane when traveling very easily and is unrealistic to make people purchase during their stay. All that was provided was items for the basketball court and pickleball, but pickleball rackets were broken. And there were no cornhole bags available for the cornhole sets. The grill was unusable! It was all rusted and we couldn't even use it during our stay. We did love the kayaks and it was great experience that our kids loved during our stay. The kitchen was very nice! Two out of the four bedrooms were very hot, especially in the evening hours. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay but it was a big inconvenient not having that fifth bedroom available with the amount of family we had staying on the property. We had to have individuals sleep on the couch because of the fifth bedroom being unusable.

Spring Break 2024
The house and location were great as was communication with the owner. Having the lagoon/Bay Area for the kids was a definite plus, the pool was also good but if going in the spring time just know it’s not heated. If you are coming with smaller kids and are looking for that 5th bunk bedroom to be used for them, just know it has no access from inside the house and you have to go outside to get to it. There is also no bathroom down there and whoever stays in that room would have to go up the front way and unlock the door to use the small bathroom in the foyer. It was not a usable room for us so we had to make adjustments for the kids. The ball/tennis court was a hit with all the kids and adults!

Great Family Retreat
The court made this an amazing place for my grandsons. Every evening they were play volley ball, pickle ball or basket ball. During the day kayaking & fishing! The pool was wonderful for my 4 year old because the platform enabled her to learn how to swim! We went to the beach 3 out of 7 days because there was so much to enjoy around the house. The beach was beautiful! Overall on of the best vacations in the last few years.

Nice home for family with small kids
I must say that communication and flexibility of working with the owner before the trip was wonderful. As others have mentioned, supply your own toiletries and toilet paper as well as spices. A house this big only provided a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom (3) and no extra and we had booked for one week. Toiletries were a miniature hand soap at each sink and a very small bottle of detergent and one pod for dishwasher. Again we stayed a week. I would think for the price we paid, that these things could have been provided. There was no propane in the tank for the outdoor grill and when I asked about this, it was up to us to exchange and pay for the tank. Roll away beds mentioned in master bedroom were two fold up single cots. We had our older teen boys stay in the room on ground level but there was no bathroom for this room. The sports court and pool are nice and having the kayaks to use was definitely a plus. We enjoyed our trip but will choose a different option on our next trip to Gulf Shores. We only had 3 little ones so we need better sleeping accommodations for our family. Owner was quick to respond to our texts. We did place a grocery order with the local Walmart and had it delivered which was nice. The ice makers in both refrigerators were not working properly.

Wonderful place!
Clean and comfortable place! I don’t think people could get bored at this house - offers lots of activities to do: kayaks, pickle ball, basketball, volleyball, corn hole. My favorite was lounging in the pool & hammocks. Another favorite was the perfect sunset view from this house. Would recommend this property to anyone.

Fantastic beach house on inter coastal. Was exactly like photos provided. Beds comfy, clean and plenty of blankets, towels and pillows and kitchen gadgets. Easy to walk to beach and down strip. HVAC worked great. Plenty of lawn chairs. Fire pit was fun to have at night. The only bummer was toiletries situation: (no shampoo/conditioner, 1 tiny travel bar of soap, 1 small roll tp per toilet) and kitchen (no spices, no dishwasher soap, no napkins, only 1 roll paper towels and 1 travel size dish soap). We had to go buy everything which didn’t seem welcoming. I’d recommend they stock these items and charge a bit more. Also pickleball court was a blast but needs to be restriped.

The sunsets are the best part!
Overall we loved this property and hope to book again. Had everything we needed plus some. Communication with the owner was above and beyond on the few things we had questions about. She even allowed early check in since the home was already clean. Space and sleeping for plenty! We really enjoyed the fireplace and sport court! The walk wasn't bad but because we had so many kids we did take a truck to the public beach access daily to ease the walk.

Church Beach Retreat
We brought our youth and college/career groups for a beach retreat! This house was perfect! plenty to keep them occupied, close to public beach access, and the porch was an amazing place where we had worship and bible study each night!! We would definitely do it again!!

Great Family Stay
Great property. This was my first time to ever stay on the lagoon side. The property offered kayaks, crab traps, a pier with great fishing, a fire pit, a sports court, a little beach area on the lagoon which all the kids loved. The lagoon is shallow and gentle enough for the kids to swim without the waves knocking them down like the gulf. The house had plenty of sleeping space for our large family. Beach is a short walk that we all made easily. Pier 33 grocery at the entrance was great for the little things you may need during your stay. We loved it.

Plenty of space for all! Jaclyn super responsive!
The house is very nice with TONS of space for large groups! The hangout room below is nice for teenagers to camp out in and has an extra fridge if you run out of room upstairs. The neighborhood is very peaceful and beautiful views on the water. Kids and adults took advantage of the kayaks and fishing daily off the dock. Walmart is nearby for the cheaper prices, but Pier 33 is walking distance for those last minute needs (like firewood if you didn't have room to pack like us.) Jaclyn was super responsive and awesome to work with. If we had questions she was quick to give suggestions or answer any questions we might have. One kayak was missing an oar, and she sent her friend over to grab one out of the renter's closet for us that very next day after we arrived. We went to Tacky Jacks and Doc's Seafood for dinner and both were great. Kids enjoyed Matt's icecream as well. The walk to beach wasn't bad, but we drove down to the public area with volleyball nets. Only issue at the beach was is if you have a canopy you have to go to the tent section and not near water's edge. We've stayed on the panhandle for years and never ran across that. Overall we all really enjoyed our stay and with all the kids we had they were kept entertained with the sports court and everything else to do. One side of the sports court does sit under water after it's rained much and we couldn't find the lights for the dock and outdoor area. Once the pool is added in the fall that will be very nice addition to the property. We did have to buy a bigger lobster pot for a big shrimp boil we had, so if you're feeding many you might want to bring a bigger pot, otherwise they do have one provided as well. The kitchen was stocked nicely. The renters, location, and cleanliness of the property were all great! We left the cleaning lady, Alma, some treats as she does a great job keeping such a big house clean. This was our first time to Gulf Shores and if we come back we'd definitely book with Jaclyn again as she was great to work with and her home is beautiful.

Perfect Day
Owners allowed us to give my oldest daughter a wedding on their property and even left them champagne. It was a wonderful experience for all if us!! The houses were perfect!
