Paradise awaits at our renovated 4 bedroom/3 bath family-friendly house that has all the comforts of home! Spacious enough for a group of 12, this 1/2 duplex sits directly on the quiet, uncrowded beach of Fort Morgan. Literally step off the deck onto the beach. This home is a true coastal retreat that exudes tranquility with its subdued, soothing colors and decor!

Watch dolphins, listen to music or read a book while enjoying your morning coffee or your evening cocktail from one of the two large, furnished covered decks. There is plenty of outdoor seating for everyone.

Enjoy the clean, appealing, homelike decor, spacious open concept area, with comfortable seating, a 65” TV and a dining area that seats 10 comfortably! The kitchen breakfast bar sits an additional 5 guests. The large kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need: abundance of dinnerware, cookware, bakeware, 2 coffee makers (Keurig and regular), free-standing ice maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, range, plates and many small appliances not normally found in rental properties! A full-size washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience.

Provided: Beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys and water toys. For our smallest house guests, we provide a high chair, pack-and-play, safety gate and baby monitor.

All bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor.
1 - king size bed in master suite (sleeps 2) with direct access to upper deck and private en suite bath

Perfect week at Ocean Blue
Everything was perfect for a week with my grandkids (ages 8,13,14,15), daughter and son In law. From having our own private little beach area to the evenings sitting on the deck watching the kids play ball on the beach with the neighbors. I could have stayed forever! So peaceful! The house was perfect and the owner was great to communicate with via email. We will be back.

Our stay at the beach house was amazing! House was very clean. Takes a little time for the air to cool bedrooms up stairs, but overall really nice. The gas grill needs replacing. (Challenge to light) The house is a duplex and neighbors were very friendly. Overall great week!

Perfect stay for families
This unit is perfect for families. It is directly on the beach so no long hauling toys, kids, food, etc. We have 5 kids (range from 1 to 10) and the convenience cannot be beat. It is roughly 20-25 minutes from major restaurants and grocery stores - a reasonable drive with small kids! The unit itself is incredibly clean, well-stocked, and well cared for. The kitchen/dining/living room is open and spacious (large kitchen island) which worked out beautifully for us. We had a large pack and play in the kitchen area and it was never in the way. We would return in a heartbeat!

Fulfilled my 50th birthday dream and more!
Where do I start? The property was absolutely beautiful! One step through the door and we knew it was going to be a great week. The house is welcoming and clean. Large kitchen/dining/living room area where we never felt crowded. The large table was especially nice for game nights! The bedrooms and bathrooms were great sizes and fit our 3 couples perfectly. We didn't get to use the kids room but oh my is it adorable! Their was a storage room filled with chairs, toys, boogie boards etc. and a gas grill. It was nice to have somewhere safe to keep the fishing and metal detecting equipment we bought along. Then there is the back deck and BEACH! The deck was large and had plenty of seating on quality deck furniture. The beach is just steps from the back of the house and it made it really easy to get up early to search for shells, which we got a lot of. The house was so clean and the kitchen was well stocked with kitchen tools and dishes. The second large ice machine and wine cooler were a bonus we didn't expect. The booking process was quick and easy and communication with the host was outstanding. We had one small emergency type situation with the house that couldn't have been known before check in and the host had someone there first thing in the morning to fix it. You wouldn't even have known they were there. Would we go back? 100% YES in a heartbeat! Thank you so much for a wonderful week!

This house was the perfect place for our family gathering. It was clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. There was plenty of room for the eight of us...ages 4-68. The deck was big enough for all of us to relax and enjoy the view. And the beach was clean and quiet.

The house was wonderfully located. About 25 minutes from the restaurants and activities in gulf shores. The host was very responsive and available! She followed up after our visit which was great! Beach access was amazing and lots of toys and chairs available for use! Would stay here again!
