This Two (2) bedroom, Two (2) bath beach condo comfortably sleeps 6 and comes with a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals. The open living area features a comfortable decor with a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico. The Master Bedroom comes with a King bed, HDTV and full bathroom. The Guest Bedroom has one (1) queen bed. There is a second full bathroom accessed from the hallway.
The complex offers heated indoor/outdoor swim through pool with zero entry, fountains, hot tub, sauna, barbecue grills, a spacious game room (pool and foosball), fitness center that overlooks the sugary sandy beach and a spectacular million-dollar view!

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

• NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

• AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

• CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

• CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

• MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

• PARKING PASSES: Two (2) parking passes. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

• CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

• WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

• RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

40th Anniversary trip
This is a wonderful place to stay with a family. The condo was clean and comfortable and a close walk to the ocean. I was looking for a more intimate/private setting for us to celebrate our 40 years together. I wanted to just listen to the ocean and not everyone’s music. So this is a fun with family place if that’s what you are looking for!

We had a great experience at Crystal Shores West 105. Loved the condo set-up and decor, and very easy access to the beach! We were able to have groceries delivered to our door and the condo was equipped with enough basics for us to cook some meals there.

This was a great property with tons of space for our family. The location on the beach was also great and easy access. Inside of the unit was very clean and updated, we have never stayed in one with better design, layout, and cleanliness as this one. Would absolutely stay again.

We loved the condo, however the first night we were there the bottom of our feet were BLACK with dirt from the floors,. for what we paid I would have thought the cleaning crew would have properly scrubbed the floors before our arrival. We had to scrub our feet several times a day since they were black with dirt, that was the only disappointing thing about the condo. Loved all of the amenities and well furnished with dishes, etc.

Recent remodel with nice furniture, kitchen and baths. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. 2 pools, 1 inside and 1 outside along with a gym, pool tables and other games for the kids. The beach was trash free and there was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy the Gulf. Many good restaurants to choose from close by as well.
