Welcome to Beachview Vacation Cottages!
Our property is located just 300 yards from the Beach with a great view of the Gulf. Cozy & Quaint is a great description for our fully-furnished 1 bedroom Cottage with a complete kitchen.

You will love our laid-back atmosphere while enjoying our convenient location close to Entertainment, Restaurants, Shopping, Golf and Fishing. Top-notch Casinos are just 4 to 8 miles from our property and New Orleans is an easy 70 minute car ride.

Queen size bed in the bedroom, love seat in the living room and a fold out cot, full kitchen, dinette and front porch. 400 square feet of living space. Sleeps up to 4 (2 adults, 2 children). June and July weekends, Holidays and Special Events may require 3 night minimums. If you are looking for shorter stays please contact us for availability.

This cottage was not big, but had everything we needed for comfort. There were just two of us, so didn't need more than the basics as we were out a lot. Internet speed was not great, but other than that we were very satisfied.

Needs to bed desperately! Light switches tricky for Fans. View on VRBO decieving for Ocean view... most of the units did not have the direct view of the ocean. It was okay... just not quite what we were expecting. We use VRBO alot all over the country and this was the most inadequate description.

Just what we needed
At first we were disappointed that Hwy 10 is between the property and the beach, but it wasn’t an issue at all. The owner was friendly, we had everything we needed close by. Another review mentioned they were just fema trailers. Not sure about that but we do know everything worked and it was CLEAN. We hope to stay for a full week next year. Very happy with this find.

I had asked through emails several times weeks before booking an at 9:00 pm the night beforeI left for this trip was when I was finally answered and informed I my dog was too big for the rules. I had asked that question and wanted approval weeks before. Undue stress and worry before leaving the next morning with no accommodations booked.

Cozy cottage close to beach.
The cottage was very cute and provided the necessities for our week long stay. The beach was within view and walking distance. Close to restaurants and shopping. Received very quick response to any questions we had. The only negative aspect would be the closeness of the train tracks. Multiple trains pass through during the night and sound their horn for a few miles. Disturbing if you’re a light sleeper.

Hi!! My partner and I stayed in a pet friendly unit for 3 nights. We loved that we could see the beach and ocean. Plus the field out front was so convenient for our pup to play in the morning. We will definitely be coming back!! (P.S. there is a train nearby...it did not ruin our vacation. The price for this space is great!)

Cleaning needed to be more through. Found the top portion of a swimsuit in the bedroom. Also, there were damage items such as a kitchen drawer falling apart and the stick down tile floor was loose. The air conditioner head unit in the bedroom is non functional, so you have to sleep with the bedroom door open. Overall, not bad for the price.

Really nice, quiet location
My husband and I found this little spot for an affordable get away for just the two of us. Everything is well kept and the owner was frequently there throughout the week doing typical maintenance. He was very friendly. The cottage was just as advertised— everything in our cottage was clean and the AC was on so it was cool when we got there. The only issue we had was that the refrigerator had trouble cooling when we first got there; however, that type of fridge does better when there are things in it to help it stay cool. So, after the first full day and second night, the fridge actually kept up and stayed cool for the rest of our stay with no problem. It might be good to bring frozen items to put in the fridge to give it a jump start. We really enjoyed our stay. We didn’t have any issues with safety, noise, or anything. We will definitely stay here again.

When we first arrive we had trouble getting the tv to work made a phone call the owner answer and walk me through the process it was easy he was very friendly & Thank us for booking with him. I wish they had a tv in the bedroom but other then that it was clean & neat small cozy cottage and the neighbors was friendly as well we will definitely book again.. Right in the middle of the beach any plenty of restaurants. We ate at Flexis and Sugar Factory both was very friendly and had delicious food. Thank you for making our stay awesome The Samuels Family 💕

Perfect for our family.
We loved it. The cottage did seem a little small and on the fragile side. Its not for heavy party goers or groups with lots of small children, but for a family like ours with only three of us it was perfect. We did have some trouble with the front door knob and the fridge not being cold but other then that the place was great and we are making plans to return.

The check in and out process is horrible. There should be a way to actually do this other than just showing up and leaving. There is no proof if we came in early or checked out early. The manager told me to read the book there is a checklist of what rules are and what to do upon checking out. I have a problem with the communication process.other than that it was great very quiet and safe area.
