I'm frequent traveler and I was very pleasantly surprised with this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly and offered an upgrade without asking due to my Expedia status. The room was clean, luxe and stocked with everything anyone could ask for (toothbrush, toothpaste, shaving cream and razor, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shower gel, free water, tea, coffee, tissues, and more. There were different lighting modes and large bathrobes that improved the comfort. The bed was comfortable and warm. It felt like sleeping on a cloud. The next day, I was provided free buffet breakfast with lots of great options and then was able to enjoy the gorgeous pool and beautiful facility surrounding it. This hotel is a haven that's a close to the airport as you can get. I ordered room service for a late lunch. I got a cheeseburger with fries and it was prefect. On the day I left for the airport, I was given a shuttle ride which was prompt and the driver attentive. I had spent a week in Kemer before staying here and I must say that this hotel is by far better than most hotels I have visited around the world. Thank you, IC.

Buffet dinner was delicious and the service great. Beware, ask for laundry prices prior to pick up. It was unexpectedly expensive 90 euros and it was only one load of laundry. Pool area was relaxing and quiet. Ideal location to catch an early flight out in the morning. The shuttle arrived promptly and took us to the airport quickly.

Reception were very helpful, restaurant was excellent for both evening meal and breakfast, everywhere clean and spacious. Didn’t have time for the spa but it looked great. Small shop downstairs ridiculously expensive and very little parking. Would definitely stay again.

The Hotel with a heavenly Spa
This is the third time we have stayed at the IChotel Anatalya. We’ve always been very happy with our stay. The highlight is always attending the Spa for Turkish bath and massage. We’ve experienced this kind of treatment in other parts of Turkey but both my wife and I rate the treatment way above anything else we have experienced. Top marks to the masseuse and masseurs. It always make a perfect ending to our holiday

We checked in on April 12. It was our third time in this hotel. This time was not good. Pool was freezing cold ( it was fine 2 other times), A/C in whole hotel was shut down, so it was hot in the room. When i called front desk, they said " if its to warm for you, open your window..." What kind of customer service is that??? After my complains to the staff by the front desk, they brought some kind of fan machine with the ice tray.It was still hot. This is first time in my travel history( I am from Canada and travel a lot) that hotel dictates how cold or warm i shoul be...

Hotel is 5 minutes away from airport and/or from the Antalya Mall, Which is great and convenient. We went to the Antalya Mall because it has a food court with mcdonalds burger king, pizza, etc. If you have kids who are picky with food this helps. And taking a taxi there was only 100-150 liras one way. Which is pretty affordable. Hotel is not near any metro or walkable area due to airport. Hotel is great, spacious, clean, and staff were nice helpful. We did the spa and were very pleased.
