Not a fun time.
I booked the room on the road for our night of travel but when I got there it was for the next night so there is nothing that he could do. I ended up having to buy a night for the night I was there. He charged me and told me that my hotels.com credit card was declined so I paid with a different card which went through. When I called my card the next day I had been charged twice for the room that night and the next night. Then I was charged on my other card that I had to use to rent the room initially. So I am a little frustrated to say the least. The gentleman behind the counter was pleasant but I’m not sure he understood what was happening. To add to my frustration the next morning there was no syrup for my waffles the next morning. I do enjoy the ease to use my Hotels.com card when we are on the road. This was just very frustrating situation.
