Great location!
Location was great, right off a lively town square with lots of outdoor cafes and restaurants, and also very close to the river on the other side. Staff was friendly and helpful. Enjoyed renting a bike each day right there from the hotel.

In the center of Haarlem and easy access to the surrounding area. I had a rental car and the public garage is right next to the hotel. Easy to drive to other towns and. Ities from there. Will definitely stay there every time I go to the Netherlands.

Overall enjoyed it because of the good location. Property is a bit dated. Beds are soft and not in a very good condition (mine needed repairing), airconditioning does not work properly and blows humid air and there is no gym. Staff friendly and property is clean, just needs a work over

The Hotel is located in a great area of Haarlem. You can easily walk into town and are close to many great restaurants and shopping. Only issue is that the hotel does not have air conditioning and we were there during warm days and the rooms were very warm.

Room111 on first floor had a view of the air conditioning units and opposite houses.Not pleasant as a vista. Bathroom wash basin was cracked. Booked a de luxe room which it was not. However comfortable, clean and staff were very friendly. Excellent location in old town near Grote Markt. I would return happily
