Room was perfect nice and quiet very clean no problems at all. We actually left an item there. It was taken care of by the cleaning staff giving it to the front desk and we picked it up the next day. Thank you very much

The staff was friendly. We had to wait behind a few others to check in and out but that is expected sometimes. The room and common areas needed to be vacuumed and updated. A huge pile of old furniture was in the parking lot next to the dumpster. Towels could have been a bit higher quality. Soaps and shampoo etc were good! Didn’t try the breakfast so can’t evaluate that.

I was unsure why the desk clerk had to take my license and credit card and leave the desk area with it as I checked in. This in not a comfortable feeling because my information could have easily been stolen. Otherwise the stay was fine. The beds were comfortable.

Rooms were big, comfortable and clean. Breakfast buffet was good and staff were very nice. But for us it was the dog friendly atmosphere that was the best.

Overall not bad for in process remodel
Flew in from the West Coast for a graduation ceremony Stayed for three nights. The hotel is under construction. The rooms are really nice. The doors don’t quite seal off the room so lots of light comes in from the hallway, bathroom door does not close or lock. There was fresh towels daily bed made every day no on site laundry facility so if you wanted to Wash your your clothes while you’re there, you can’t you have to go elsewhere

Everything was great except these nit-picky little things:Shampoo bottles are awkward to use. Butter packets are cold and not useable. Metal plates at bottom of beds are easily bumped into and ridiculously loud, could hear other rooms having the same issue. Other than that, clean, good breakfast, comfortable beds.

Property was fairly accessible except for the bathroom. We were told the room would have a walk in shower. No room had one. Room had to be reassigned because cleaning had not been completed in the original room. Breakfast had no eggs until Thursday (today). There is a concern about 3rd party reservations. We were not overly impressed.

The hotel was clean and within walking distance to Mystic Village. The only small complaints we had was the love seat in the room was very uncomfortable to sit on and, for the women, mirrors with good lighting for putting your make-up on was not the best. Even with those two small complaints we would stay here again.

The hotel has been remodeled recently and looks great. The breakfast area got very crowded at around 9 AM and the staff was not able to keep up.
