This is an amazing spa/hotel, and the guest service and food are second to none. From the time you walk into the hotel to the time you leave - your experience as a guest is exceptional. We stayed 4 nights and will definitely back next year for another spa experience. The food prepared by the owner/chef Christian was a strong 5-Stars. Service as well, from the reception (Andrea) to our waiter (Milan) - nothing but top-notch service! We strongly recommend anyone looking for a family managed spa/hotel that puts the clients first and provides service from the heart - give it a try - you won't be disappointed.

The hotel is in terrific condition throughout. Owners are delightful, friendly, courteous and efficient. The food offerring is exquisite and gastronomic. One of the loveliest hotels we have stayed at. We would recommend it without hesitation.

Wonderful hotel for a ski break to St Anton
We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Gridlon. The staff were very accommodating and the food (especially the dinner) was fantastic. Only negative was the number of young children in the swimming pools which made the spa slightly less relaxing but was not a big issue. Rooms were very clean and quiet. Transfer to slopes was quick and efficient. Afternoon tea when we got back was a great addition and the bar area is very cosy with nice views of the mountains.

Going to Saint Anton, go to the Gridlon.
I don't generally do reviews, but the Gridlon was super. Well run, well organised, great staff - helpful, courteous, polite, clearly well trained. This hotel is a family business and it shows, they care and they certainly give value for money. As for the food and dining - brilliant. You could not find better in some expensive resteraunts. The owner is also the head chef. If St Anton is your choice for skiing, this hotel is just a few minuites away further along the valey, but it is worth that short commute. Would we visit again? Most certainly, at the drop of a hat!

Nous recommandons en particulier le petit dĆ©jeuner du mardi matin en altitude : fabuleux !! Fantastisk have fuld af aktiviteter for skolebĆørn
Vi valgte med fĆ„ dages varsel at tage en hviledag i Ƙstrig pĆ„ vej hjem fra Italien. Vi havde booket en familiesuite, og det viste sig at vƦre to vƦrelser med fƦlles indgang, men ellers opdelt i et forƦldrevƦrelse med dobbeltseng og et bĆørnevƦrelse med kĆøjeseng. Begge vƦrelser var meget fine, valget af madras i kĆøjesengen gjorde dog at isƦr den nederste seng var meget lav. LƦkker balkon og gode badevƦrelser. Det stĆørste plus var dog haven, hvor der var mulighed for diverse have- og boldspil. Ketchere, bolde, diverse spil osv stod til fri afbenyttelse i et fint lille haveskur. Restauranten var glimrende, dog var der forskel pĆ„ serviceniveauet pĆ„ dem der talte tysk, og sĆ„ os der mĆ„tte supplere med engelsk undervejs. Tjenerne var simpelthen mere informative og opmƦrksomme overfor de tysktalende gƦster. VƦrelset, haven og poolen kunne sagtens fĆ„ os til at overveje Gridlon igen, men sĆ„ vil vi vƦre mere insisterende pĆ„ betjening i restauranten, sĆ„ vi ogsĆ„ fĆ„r tilbudt, kaffe, vinkort og information om maden.
