This is a 4 Star hotel in Germany, but there are no Air condition in the rooms! We were 16 people and were very disappointed about this on a 4 Star hotel in Germany! Plus, since there are no Air condition in the room, we end up opening the windows and there were lots of noise from outside till 3AM in the morning due to people partying outside! This is very frustrating to see this in Germany! People are smoking right on the main entrance and don’t care that there are people walking into the hotel!
