This property was infested with knats. They were at the front desk, the breakfast bar and in my first room on the second floor. So bad I couldn’t sleep. They were flying in my nose and even biting. I was moved to a room on the 4th floor and that room was better. I will never stay here again. Also when I tried to contact Expedia I was unable to get through to see if I could move to another hotel. I called 5 times and each time I was put on hold and then the call was cut off. The 4th time when I reached a person I ask her to please not transfer my call because I kept being cut off but she just said you won’t get cut off and put me on hold anyway and I got cut off once again. I will never use Expedia again either!

The breakfast offered was awful. There were fruit flies circling the food and also all over the workout room. The pool looked very yellow. The fridge in the room was very loud and didn't even get cold enough to keep food or beverage in it. The bed was very stiff. The vendor machines were not in service.

Good one night stay
Hotel was basic. Beds were comfortable with adequate lighting and charging outlets for phones. Bathroom was well equipped, shower good with hot water. Room was not really very clean honestly and I saw 2 bugs (not sure type) one crawled into bathroom at night and other was on the nightstand!!! Ugh made me uneasy. Breakfast was pretty good overall. Front desk was very nice and cheerful

Flies, flies flies!
We’ve been staying at that hotel for almost 12 years and it’s always been a clean safe place to stay. We were there last week and all was well until breakfast the next morning - flies all over the place. I dumped my breakfast and left. We gave them another shot a week later on our trip back home. The flies were now in our room AND the breakfast room. ‘Not sure what’s going on there lately but I’m very disappointed.

The front desk receptionist was confused about how to check me in properly. She had to get help from another front desk clerk. Neither one of them ever smiled, or were pleasant. The room had no chair to sit in and had no lamp for the desk and when I went down to request another room, they were challenged as to how to do this. The breakfast was below average. The front clerk did not even know what time the breakfast started to tell me.All in all it was a disappointing experience to the point where I will not stay there again.
