A little oasis on Cat Ba island. The bungalows of Viet Hai Village were well-equipped and a good place to meet other travelers from around the world.

Difficult to get to, but worth it!
Very nice homestay, in a gorgeous area. The accomodations were spacious and had lovely terraces; the gardens were beautiful and the food was excellent. I would recommend eating with the other guests at the homestay. The staff was lovely and helpful. But, it was fairly difficult getting to the homestay (ferry to CatBa, drive across the Island, another ferry to LanHa) so keep that in mind.
