Situated on 6 private acres this brand-new sustainably built home has a private studio with 1 queen bed, modern kitchen, bathroom and loft. The bathroom features a Japanese bidet and bathtub for a nice relaxing soak. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like radiant floor heating, AC, fiber optic WiFi, huge vaulted ceilings, lime plaster interior (no paint or VOC's!) and BIG European tilt and turn windows to take in the surroundings.
