The seafood buffet, aroma bar, pillow bar, fancy onsen, relaxation lounge with food & bar. Can wander around in hotel pajamas and slippers. Truly perfect. Hotel staff are amazing.

Excellent hotel!
Highly recommend this hotel if you stay in Hakodate. The room is very clean and comfortable. You can see that the hotels take care of every detail. The breakfast is also very good. You can even have salmon roe in the breakfast buffet. The location is great because it is next to the restaurant street and the tourist spots. We loved it very much!

First visit to Hakodate
I booked this hotel primarily for its seafood buffet that has been shared through social media. I am a huge uni and scallop fan so when I saw the mounds of seafood that were offered, there really was no other choice for me. The hotel itself is very modern and streamlined and the staff are extremely courteous. We arrived from Kyoto a bit late and was pleasantly surprised at how luxurious and comfortable our regular 7th floor room was. With all the necessary amenities provided, I think this hotel really exemplifies omotenashi.

A 2-min walk to the Hakodate Morning Market. Superb public bath facilities. Can't say more - great combination of location and facilities. You even get to choose your pillow and scent for the room. Great location and hotel. Looking forward to my return.

This is a really exceptional hotel. Convenient location a short walk from the train station and many tourist sites. The hotel felt brand new and was spotless. Two things really make this hotel stand out. First, the rooftop onsen with views of Mt Hakodate was just fantastic. Second, the breakfast buffet is out of this world - on par with something you’d get in Las Vegas. You probably shouldn’t call it a breakfast buffet as there were so many high quality food options with the fresh seafood being the star attraction. It’s worth stopping in Hakodate just to have this hotel experience!

地点不错！前面大概走2分钟是朝市，附近也有7-11. 温泉，房间都ok！ 就窗外景色2/3停车场1/3海景不好看😅 早餐中规中距，普通该有的都有。 酒店门口就有巴士车站，方便没有驾车的人。 前面也有很大的付费停车场，自驾也没问题。

Fantastic treat in an otherwise average town
This hotel was really an unexpected treat! We got upgraded and had a really nice room. The Spa is a blast! Beside the regular onsen pool there was an outside hot pool, sauna(!) with cold plunge pool and most exciting: The interstellar lounge with open air top deck pool with relax pods! This was definitely one of the best insensitive I ever visited and I have seen a few! The lounge with the small but delicious food and drinks menu was also great.

Hotel stuff people are very nice, clean room nearly build hotel, better than hotel i stayed Tokyo . Big nice view from bath tub(onsen water) on top of floor. Food is best( better than big hotel at Tokyo). Weekend is very busy with tourist so you might wait little bit to have breakfast but food is very good. I didn't see gym but you can jogging by water.

The hotel is very clean & room size is good. Onsen is great. Buffet breakfast spread is huge with free flow of fresh salmon roe, cod roe, tuna, salmon & squid sashimi. Food tastes yummy too! Best breakfast spread i have seen so far.
