海が目の前で絶好のロケーション
海が目の前で絶好のロケーションでした。　スタッフもベテランさんもいて心配りができていて気持ちよかったです。　2回目だからなのか　海の見えるいい部屋に案内してくれました。 ただ、エアコンがないのでこれからの夏は大丈夫かなと心配になりました。

チェックインは大切だよね！
施設は清潔でキレイ、温泉もゆったり快適でした。食事は朝食だけの利用でしたが、まぁまぁと言ったところで、部屋からの景色もオーシャンビューで良かったです。ただ残念なのはチェックインの時。玄関先に到着したが出迎えは無し！ところが、後から来たワゴン車にはスタッフがすぐ様出迎え、まるで差別を受けてる様で非常に不愉快な気持ちになりました。うちの車がライトバンだったので、客に見えなかったのかもしれないが.何事も無かった様に、やり過ごそうとするスタッフの態度にも腹が立ち、「失礼しました」ぐらいの謝罪はあってもいいんじゃないかとおもう。他は良かっただけに、もったいない。

久しぶりの旅行でした
主人と２人での宿泊でした。コロナの関係もあり、宿泊客は少なかったように思います。 部屋は2人ではとても広く、オーシャンビューで景色は絶景だったのですが、窓が汚れていて少し残念でした。ただ、夜の景色も良くイカ釣り漁船の明かりが少しずつ増えていくのも、みていて飽きませんでした。 食事は朝晩とも最低限のバイキング形式で、種類も少なめでしたが料理も美味しくいただきました。手袋とマスクを着用して料理をとる形でした。 温泉は朝晩二回入りましたが、人も少なかったこともあり貸切状態でした。8階にある露天風呂が最高の景色で、ちょうど良い温度なのでずっと入っていられます。 大変な時期の宿泊で、こちらも少し緊張しながらの宿泊でしたが、大変満足でした。

気配りホテルでした。
コロナウイルスによる北海道緊急事態宣言の影響で、お客様が少なく夜のメニューもセーブされてたのかな、物足りない感じがしました。しかし、朝食はとても豪華でした。 また、至る所でアルコール除菌をしてくれており、とても清潔でした。他のお客様が使い終わったトングをすぐアルコール除菌で拭いてくれており、お客様に対する気配りが素晴らしいホテルでした。 wifiが各部屋まで届くと嬉しいです。

湯の川の優良大型ホテル
リニューアル後ということもあり、部屋も館内も温泉も清潔、何より従業員の方々のやる気ある対応が清々しかった。最上階の露天風呂が片方故障で利用不可だったが、きちんと残りの一つを日別で男女対応しており、そもそも1階の大浴場は男女ともに稼働していたので問題なし。 食事もバイキングとしてはなかなかの品質であり、刺身にカニに（カニの中身の薄さは量でカバー可能）お肉にと、常に補充もあって嬉しい驚きでした。特にカニ汁は家族全員が絶賛の美味しさ、食べ放題のイクラごはんよりもそちらをお代わり頂きました。 湯の川の大型ホテルには珍しい、やる気のあるホテルです。またお邪魔したいと思います。

函館旅行。
ロビーもキレイで良かったです。オーシャンビューの露天風呂ならガラスをキレイに拭くとか客室のガラスも拭くとかして欲しかったです。食事は今までたくさん泊まってきたけど一番おいしかったです。また是非泊まりたいです。素敵な函館旅行になりました。

幼児連れにはちょうどいい
1歳の子供を連れた家族旅行でしたが、子供向けのテーブルや食器も用意されており助かりました。ホテル内は清潔感があります。ホテルの方もとても感じがよく、お願いしたことは確実に実行してくれてましたし、安心感が得られました。 ホテルのすぐ隣に植物園（猿山もある）があり、幼い子供を連れて1時間くらいウロウロするには最適な場所でした。 また、空港からも車で5-6分なので気軽にタクシーも利用できます。空港はキッズスペースが充実しているのと、飛行機の離着陸が観覧できる場所がキレイで広々としているため、フライトの時間まで時間を潰すのもラクチンでした。

靠海的老飯店，牆壁會有些斑駁、電梯會搖晃，但整體來說乾淨整潔，海景套房窗外就是海岸，8樓有露天溫泉可以聽海浪泡湯(但玻璃牆會充滿霧氣所以無法看海景)，自助晚餐尚可，品質不一，蟹腳好吃
