Holiday house "Nordsee Pur"

The house is located in the half moon in a quiet side street. It was built in 1985 and offers all possibilities to spend a relaxing vacation. From the grill to the bicycles, everything is available. Nearby are fields and meadows, where you have direct connection to the extensive cycle path network to Hage / Norden / Norddeich and Greetsiel. A fenced area with a winter garden invites you to relax and sunbathe. There are two large double bedrooms and a large living room with a single and double fold-away bed. In summer there is also a pipo car in the garden area where there are also two sleeping accommodations. You can make wonderful trips into the green surroundings of East Frisia. The Norddeich harbor - from which the islands can be reached - and the bathing beach and adventure wave pool are only 12 km from the house. Shops can be reached quickly.

Jede Menge Platz
Jede Menge Platz bietet diese Unterkunft nicht nur in der Wohnung sondern auch draußen. Wir 50/52 und Hund waren 4 Tage vor Ort. Die Räume waren alle sauber. Die Betten waren bezogen, Toilettenpapier, Spülmittel, Gewürze usw was ich sonst immer mitnehme ist alles vorhanden. Der Wintergarten mit Ausblick in den Garten super. Vorne raus Terasse mit einem Grill alles eingezäunt super für Hunde/Kinder. Wir haben uns super erholt es war sehr ruhig. Das einzige was ich vermisst habe waren Sonnenliegen der Strandkorb ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und nicht mehr so brauchbar. Wir möchten auf jeden Fall nochmal dahin.

Schöne Zeit in der Nähe der Nordsee
Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen! Mit 4 erwachsenen Personen und Hund haben wir die große und gut eingerichtete Wohnung sehr gerne bewohnt. Uns hat der großzügige Wintergarten mit dem eingezäunten Garten (inkl. Strandkorb) sehr gut gefallen, sowie das sehr gepflegte weitere Außengelände, das wir nutzen konnten, inkl. einer Tischtennisplatte und den Fahrrädern.

tolle große Wohnung
Eine schöne große Ferienwohnung. Es ist alles vor Ort was man benötigt. Für uns war der Wintergarten der absolute Lieblingsort. Mahlzeiten haben wir nur dort zu uns genommen, unsere Teenies verbrachten gerne Zeit in dem Strandkorb im Wintergarten. Gutes WLAN und ein Smart TV haben die Abende abgerundet. Mit dem Auto ist man in 20 Minuten am Norddeich oder in Greetsiel. Wir danken und waren sehr zufrieden.

Erholsamer Kurztrip
Saubere, große Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage. Perfekt zum Abschalten, zumal das WLAN nur sporadisch funktionierte. Auch unser Hund hat die Zeit im Garten genossen. Der große Wintergarten war genau richtig, um die Regenschauer zu überbrücken. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schöner Urlaub mit kleinen Tücken
Das Internet ging nur sporadisch, tageweise gar nicht, und in der Straße war leider auch kein Handy Empfang. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich, relativ neu renoviert, leider sind die Betten nichts für Menschen mit Rückenproblemen.

Wir haben eine schöne Woche hier verlebt
Das Objekt (Erdgeschoß einen großen Hauses) ist sehr schön. Alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Wintergarten etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber wir konnten bei dem leider etwas schlechtem Wetter in den ersten Tagen immer draußen frühstücken und auch abends essen :-) Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und die Gassi-Runden mit dem Hund sind entlang des sehr nahen Feldes möglich.

Ferienwohnung in gepflegtem Wohngebiet
Die Wohnung wird wohl zur Zeit von der Folgegeneration saniert. Als wir jetzt 4 Tage da waren, waren ein paar Kleinigkeiten noch nicht erledigt, aber das war kein Problem. Das auf den Fotos noch sehr 80er Jahre anmutende , ist toll wegrenoviert. Leider keine Spülmaschine(war aber vorher klar), W-lan gabs leider nicht. Wir hätten über das W-lan der oben wohnenden Verwalterin Zugang haben können, haben uns nur selbst nicht ums Passwort gekümmert. Über Aldi Talk kein Netz. Wintergarten war quasi der Aussenbereich. Leider keine Aussenessmöbel. 2 grosse Schlafzimmer mit grossen Doppelbetten. Insgesamt gibts wohl noch 7 weitere Betten, womit die Wohnung aber überfüllt wäre. Lage in sehr,sehr gepflegten Wohngebiet. Grundstück grenzt an nicht ganz leise Hauptdorfstrasse. Als Residenz für Ausflüge und zum Chillen für ne Woche gut.

Positiv: Die Mietwohnung ist sehr groß. Nicht so positiv: Schlechtes bis kein WLAN und/oder Netz Es fehlen Kleinigkeiten, wie Gardinen im Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoß, Rasen nicht gemäht, Spülmaschine, Leckstellen im Wintergarten, Spülbecken in der Einzeltoilette so hoch das kleine Kinder sich nicht die Hände waschen können. Es sind halt die Kleinigkeiten, die das leben schön machen.
