The clerk at the front desk saved the day- helped us figure out the rental car lights that wouldn’t go off and helped us with parking. Really appreciated his willingness to help as we were frazzled from a long travel day.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location, close to downtown and the natural history museum. Parking was convenient. Rooms are clean and roomy. Staff are friendly. Breakfast had a good variety of food. Great place for a family to stay for multiple days. Would return anytime.

Nice hotel
Hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. All the staff were very friendly. The only complaints I have are there are too many guests for the amount of elevators and seating in the breakfast room.

Walkable to the harbour however the uphill walk back could be challenging for anyone with mobility issues. Nice, clean hotel but rooms showing their age. No place to sit outside. Staff very friendly and hot breakfast was varied and delicious.
