I found the property clean and presentable on arrival and well located.
There are a few things that can easily be improved on. Example only two of the outdoor chairs were usable the others were broken along with the umbrella shade which was unable to be opened, which made the outdoor deck less attractive. If these items are rectified it is a delightful place to stay.

A really nice property with slot of privacy and beautiful scenery of the Grampians central to halls gap and all the beautiful homing to be done in the Grampians
