I always stay here when im in town. Staff ia amazing. The restuarant and bar are great! And their hot tub is a mineral pool. I always enjoy my stay.

A wonderful stay! The staff here is amazing. The hot springs hot tub was such a delight. We loved the little touches, like cucumber water in the lobby. Also a huge plus that the rooms have doors to the outside! Highly recommend this property.

The check in was fast and easy. Staff was friendly. We ate at the Safari Club and our server was AMAZING as well as our Bartender. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

They've refurbished & improved their rooms over the last couple years, the natural mineral hot tub is fabulous, the restaurant serves great beef, and it's walking distance to the hot springs pools.

The only reason I have given any stars at all was because of the very nice and accommodating woman who called me and helped me at the front desk. Our room was filthy and smelled of cigarettes. The floor around the bed was sticky and had black foot prints all around. When we went to wipe up the stickiness the wash rag came up black. Then when we went to rinse the rag in the sink the sink clogged! When my husband pulled the plug out to unclog the drain a copious amount of hair and sludge came with it. Later that night one of my kids dropped something behind the night stand, upon retrieving the item we found multiple different pieces of trash, candy, lots of hair & more sticky mess. If all that wasn’t bad enough when we went to go to bed the sheets had hair on them. The whole reason we chose the Safari was because of the hot spring… which was just as disappointing as the room. We found a large bandaid outside the pool and then once sitting down to relax and other one floated past me! It’s VERY disappointing that we spent money to be disappointed and disgusted on our son’s birthday.
