This remodeled and charming 4 bedroom / 3 full bathroom home is located near Hamilton, Fairfield, Liberty Township and West Chester. Whatever brings you town, this home will be comfortable for your stay. In the Spring and Summer you can enjoy the large deck and yard. In the Winter, get together in our cozy living room!

When you enter this home you are greeted by our modern dining area that has room for 6 or 7 people to eat comfortably. Our full kitchen also has seating for four and everything else you need including a Keurig with plenty of coffee varieties.

After entering, if you head to your right you will find our living space with a Samsung Smart TV. In the hallway we have tucked away the washer and dryer behind the closet doors. Further down, you’ll see a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bunk bed room with both a twin and full bed, and a king size bedroom with a door leading to the outside. We have properly marked the steps, but we ask our guests to be cautious when walking around this area of the home.

If you head to the left of the front door you’ll climb up some stairs and walk into the attic area with a full size bathroom with walk-in shower, plus a bedroom with a king bed.

If you head to back towards the kitchen there is not only a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination, but also another bedroom with a king size bed, smart TV, and lots of storage.

As you can tell - there is so much space to spread out that you will be comfortable no matter what room you are in!

We use the August Home app for keyless entry, which makes it awesome as there are no keys to lose! We have plenty of parking in our driveway!

This is an older neighborhood with an eclectic mix of homes. Just down the street you will find plenty of restaurants and a major grocery store.

You will need a care to get around town. Uber and Lyft are also available, though not always prevalent in the suburbs. We offer plenty of parking in the driveway!

If you are seeking a home with one level, this is not it. There are small steps located throughout the main floor.

If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per day.

If any of these rules are broken, we have the right to charge you for any damages done to the home through the resolution center on Airbnb.
