IMPORTANT
We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. WATER
Being in the country, our water is in a Cistern which means that it is drinkable but limited to the holding tank. We monitor it remotely to ensure that you don’t run out however try to be mindful of your water usage. We also have a waste water holding tank (like a septic tank) so only toilet paper down the toilet please!

INTERNET
Please note that because we are in a rural town, the Internet can go out occasionally. Outages usually don't last long and don't happen that often, but it's good to be aware if you're planning to work.

CLEANING AND SANITIZATION
Health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

Firewood (can be purchased from locals close by for $5 a bundle)

EXTERIOR CAMERAS
Your privacy is paramount to us. We adhere to all Airbnb policies regarding the placement of exterior cameras on our property. Rest assured, we respect your privacy at all times during your stay. Please note that we only utilize these measures to check on the exterior of the property when it's vacant or during inclement weather conditions. As noted in the guest safety section of our listing, you will see there are 3 exterior cameras on the property: one by the front door, one by the side of the house, and one by the back door, which monitors the backyard. The camera in the backyard is not on or recording when guests are staying at the property.
