This 1 bed 1 bath basement unit is a cozy guest suite nestled in a quiet residential area in the heart of Hamilton. The bedroom has two queen beds and is fully equipped for both short and long term stays.
Conveniently located just off Hwy 403, less than a 5-minute drive from First Ontario Centre and Dundurn Castle for a quick day trip or to catch a game. A wide variety of local restaurants and businesses are within walking distance, making this the perfect place to stay for utmost convenience.
This charming home has been newly renovated with many modern updates and brand new appliances.
The bedroom complete with two Queen size beds. All with brand new linens, new memory foam mattresses and room darkening curtains.
This home can accommodate up to 4 guests. There is 1 bedroom (each sleep 2).
There is another self contained unit with a separate entrance in the upper floor that may or may not be occupied by other guests during your stay.
Check-in with secure smart lock code that is sent to you prior to arrival. This unit is private and not shared.
The property is located just off of Highway 403 in central Hamilton making it very convenient to get into, out of, and around the city of Hamilton.
Many parks and attractions are within walking and driving distance. Take a stroll through Hill Street Park, just a couple minutes away by foot. If you're looking for some places to visit, FirstOntario Centre Arena and Dundurn Castle are both a 5-minute drive.
Please note, there is another self contained unit with a separate entrance in the upper floor that may or may not be occupied by other guests during your stay. Guests reserved for 28 days or more are responsible for their own consumables after the initial reserve provided is used.

- NO UNREGISTERED PETS are permitted inside the property. Evidence of unregistered pets inside the property will result in a $500.00 fine charged to guests.
- NO PARTIES. **There is a $250.00 surcharge charged to groups that are deceitful about the use of the house. Please be transparent and honest. Guests partying will be asked to vacate the property immediately without refund.**
- NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS inside the property at anytime. All guests must be registered for liability purposes.
**A surcharge of $100.00 per undeclared guest per night will be applied for each unapproved guest. Our cleaners and inventory is scheduled and prepared according to the number of guests occupying the unit.**
- CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES ARE MANDATORY, unless scheduled and confirmed 24 hours in advance and only if it does not disturb upcoming guest reservations.
**$50.00/hour penalty is applied if guests fail to check out by 11am as my cleaners are on tight schedules.**
**Reservation Extension Policy:
Guests looking to extend their stay are welcome to do so, subject to availability. Please note, we require a 48 hour notice MINIMUM prior to checkout time to extend without penalty.
All extension requests that are between 24-48 hours before checkout time are subject to an additional 50% of the cleaning fee to reschedule cleaners.
Any extension request that is less than 24 hours before checkout time will be subject to an additional cleaning fee.
Please note that all additional fees must be paid first before an extension is confirmed.
- Street Parking is available on a first come first serve basis. We cannot guarantee that there will be a parking spot available but there are typically spots available as this is a quiet one-way street.
- GARBAGE is to be separated, bagged, sealed, and thrown out in the appropriate bins. Food waste is to go in the Garbage (black bin), plastic bottles and paper products can be put in the Recycling (blue bin).
Waste and Recycling collections occur on Monday so please place all your garbage and recycling in the appropriate bins located at the back of the house. One of our staff members will drop by to bring the bins out to the curb for collections day on Sunday and will come back the following day to bring the bins back in from the curb.

- Only a quarter of liquid detergent per full-sized load is necessary.
**IMPORTANT: Please leave washing machine door and slightly open to allow the machine to properly air out and avoid molding.**

- The house has central AC and heating. Please keep temperatures between around 22.5 degrees celcius.

- Please wash, clean and put all dishes away. Cleaning dishes is not included in the cleaning fee.
- Please strip bed sheet and duvet covers and place them in front of the laundry machines.
- Please place all used towels and linens in front of the laundry machine.
- Please put all waste away in the appropriate outdoor bins and do not leave waste inside the unit.
- We appreciate guests who respect the home and encourage guests to leave the home in good condition to keep our cleaning fees reasonable so we can continue to offer guests an amazing experience.
