Everything was good but there was a large area of blood that was in the carpark. I wasnt told about this until after we left but the staff were out there and should have noticed it and cleaned it up.

The greeting when I arrived was warm and friendly, very important, The facility in general clean and tidy. I really enjoyed my standard studio (112), great layout, nice furnishings, clean bedding, bathroom smelt nice, I even purchased a Prija hand/body moisturiser. Oh, and by the way I ticked all the boxes above except dining & transport as they it didn't affect me. I did miss my Fox news and sports channels and a microwave but be assured I will be back in12 months because I enjoyed everything about my stay, so well done.

Conveniently located close to city centre and restaurants. Rooms are not too small and are clean. The hotel is a reasonable value-for-money but is starting to look very tired and needs a refurbishment (eg the lift is not working properly, there’s rust in the bathroom etc.).

1. Some Indian worker used the leave blower at 7am Saturday(Labour Weekend) around the property. Pretty hard to sleep with the noise going. 2. Some guest left his car in the early morning for a long time. Other than that the hotel is pretty good. Conveniently located near two supermarkets and close to Grey St eatery.

It was fine for one night, staff good etc but room was very tired, chips around the spa bath, split in bath covered with something (we did not use so not an issue) chipped paintwork on bathroom door. Bed was good, lovely crisp linen. Shower over bath bit of a problem for me but good shower head

good value for price
we were in a deluxe rated suite, and with breakfast for a little over 200, so it was fairly good given those monetary parameters. I don't expect to drive a Rolls Royce when paying for a mini.... Quite adequate for the price. A very minor point.... guys... if you're gonna spend a fortune on a single commercial coffee machine... don't buy one with the milk part using powdered milk !!!! it makes the coffee tatse foul... all for what must be just a few buck less. What a waste of money.
