This 6-bed, 3.5-bath, 3200 sqft home is very spacious and family-friendly. Just a short 3-minute walk to the bay and a short 5-minute drive or 20-minute walk to the beach (Ponquogue Beach)

About the area:
Hampton Bays is a hamlet in the Hamptons, situated on multiple bays — Peconic and Shinnecock. Hampton Bays is also home to the Shinnecock Canal, which connects the bays, and the Shinnecock Inlet, which links Shinnecock Bay to the Atlantic Ocean.

A highlight of our home is the pool. To enhance your experience, the pool heater can be requested before arrival, with a daily charge of $50/day throughout your stay. Please note, that requesting heating post-check-in incurs an additional $100 fee, so be sure to plan. For a truly cozy escape, consider opting for a heated pool in September and October.

The outdoor experience continues with a convenient grill, perfect for sizzling BBQs and delightful poolside dining. We provide the gas tank, and if there's leftover gas from previous guests, it's complimentary for your use. Take charge of your grilling adventure and, if necessary, kindly refill the tank. There are also outdoor patio heaters to keep you warm on those rare occasions of a cool night. One more thing to add, there is a fire pit for your use to enhance your summer and fall experience. We provide the first bundle of wood with additional bundles that can be purchased in town at any of the supermarkets.

Modern Technology:
The house is equipped with WiFi. Brand new flat-screen TVs, Sonos, and smart thermostats.

The Bedrooms:
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, an en-suite master bath with a walk-in shower, and a double sink with a large walk-in closet and direct access to the backyard pool area.

There are 4 bedrooms located on the second floor with 3 of them facing the pool. 1 king, 1 queen, and 2 sofa beds with one bedroom having direct access to the pool area.

There is also one additional room we affectionately call the "old carriage house". This room is the original room of the home before adding an addition. This room has a full bathroom with a full-size bed.

The Bathrooms:
2 of the 3.5 bathrooms are located in bedrooms with the additional full bathroom located on the 2nd floor. The half bath is located on the 1st floor to accommodate all guests.

Kitchen Fun:
Explore our fully equipped kitchen—ideal for snacks or gourmet meals. Dishes, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, utensils, and a dishwasher are provided. The kitchen seats 6, and the dining room seats 8.

Savor exceptional coffee with our Keurig machine to start your day. We provide complimentary pods of various flavors of coffee and sometimes teas.

Q: Is it near the beach?
A: This home is 5 minutes to the beach via car.

Q: Is the neighborhood safe?
A: Absolutely. The property is on a private road and has no thru traffic.

Q: Do I need to bring towels or linens?
A: Nope! We provide all these things.

Q: When can I check in or check out?
A: We try to accommodate your desired check-in or check-out, but we try to keep it to a noon checkout and a 3 pm check-in. Please communicate if you would like to request a early check-in or a late checkout.

Note: Early check-ins are not always possible if we have a guest leaving that morning, as we need time to have the room professionally cleaned for you. However, we can usually allow you to drop off luggage, and the house will usually be ready by 3 pm at the very latest. Late check-ins are no problem at all.

Q: Will I have a key? Can I come and go as I please?
A: There will be no key. Everything is electronic so you will be given a code to unlock and lock the doors. You can come and go as you please.

Q: Is the place professionally cleaned between guests?
A: Yes, and we take pride in providing a clean home for guests. You can request for someone to come tidy up the place at your expense for longer rentals. Just ask your host!
