This 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom beach house sleeps 14 guests and is conveniently located 4 houses away from the sands of beautiful Hampton Beach at 5 Atlantic Avenue. The home is also within a short walking distance to all of the activities that Hampton Beach has to offer including the boardwalk, restaurants, casinos, theaters, shops, and fishing piers. Hop in the car and drive to popular local destinations- Newburyport MA is 20 minutes, Kittery ME is 25 minutes, and Portsmouth NH is 25 minutes.

There is plenty of space for everyone in your group! Enjoy lounging in front of the TV, or relax in the sunroom which is a great place to read or play games. There are many board games, card games, and toys provided for our guests to share. Wireless internet is complimentary and the TV is set up with Netflix, YoutubeTV, and Pandora Radio.

The beach awaits your arrival! Take in the fabulous views of the sandy beach from the front porch and breathe in the fresh, salty air while sitting out on the large back deck. You can even cook your meals on the propane gas grill that is available for you to use.

The kitchen has beautiful, new granite countertops, stylish solid wood cabinetry, and is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and more. There is a 4-seat kitchen table and a 4-seat bistro table for your convenience.
