We were not well greeted upon arrival, we had to park in the street, we were not clearly told how to access our rooms and there was not any signage. The furnishings in the room were great, but the amount of sloppy and incomplete remodeling in our bathroom alone was enough to shut it down. I’ve never been in a bathroom with so much to finish.

I was traveling with my husband and sister. When my sister pulled back the comforter, there was a stain on the sheets. Immediately, I called the front desk and someone brought replacement sheets. Although these sheets were laundered, there were black marks on them. My sister did not use these sheets either and thank God I brought disposable sheet covers with us. However, when you have stains on your sheets, it questions the cleanliness of the room. As a result, we I didn’t feel comfortable about the cleanliness and contemplate whether we will staying at this hotel in the future. I will share my information directly with the hotel as well. Thank you.

The front desk told us that they were having an event and that they were going to put us on the sixth floor so we wouldn’t hear the noise. Spite their attempt it was loud noisy. I can see the weekend but Sunday night it was going on until 11 PM at night, and then there was the parking situation because of their event they said we would have to park around the side of the building in the dark get out of here. We managed to talk to guard to let us in and we found a parking space two women along with the child it don’t make sense to me. I’m from that area and if this is what they do in the summertime, they need to do something about the loud noise From the pool party

The water pressure was the worst part of the hotel. My shower water didn’t even turn on twice and the hotel had to switch my room. My family also complained that their water pressure was not adequate enough. Other than that the hotel was nice.

Good hotel, a little tough if traveling with kiddo
Pros: The beds were comfortable, parking garage was convenient, staff was friendly. The breakfast buffet was amazing!! The bar/restaurant staff were amazing. The staff did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. Cons: Bathroom door was broken, also even if it wasn't broken it didn't offer a lot of privacy. The restaurant had good food but not friendly for kids (no kids menu). Noise travels through the hotel. We had a dog on our floor and we could hear him barking all through the night (not mad at the dog).

I chose this hotel and room was because of the water view. ( Didn't get the toom I thought I chose). My husband snd I just needed to get away for some quiet alone time. That was far from what we got staying there. The disturbing loud music at the pool ( that was Friday). Sat. was the frosting on the cake when we looked out the window to see guest at the pool bumping and grinding as well as females twerking. The music blasting until 11pm. Because of this, it tells me these functions are not monitor by the staff at this hotel. After what I saw this past weekend at the pool, i would never use the pool, (i don't care how many chemicals that were put it). That tells me that your guests are not your top priority, and for that we not use this hotel and will not recommend it either.

Good but not as great!
My stay was good. However the room didn’t seem as polished as it has been in previous years. The vents in the shower were not clean. In addition there were no cabinets or countertops in the bathroom making it very difficult to navigate and use bath products. The water was also extremely low. The staff was amazing and the location and views are fantastic.
