Important: Parking is located 1/2 block away and is very tight, especially for larger vehicles. Please take this into consideration as you plan your trip. This unit is located on the second level and is accessible by set stairs (there is no elevator). Washer/dryer is not inside the unit - there is a common coin-operated laundry room located on premises.

No beach chairs, beach towels or beach umbrellas are provided. No smoking, vaping, or drugs allowed. No pets allowed. No events, parties, or large gatherings. Must be at least 25 years old to book. Thanks for understanding!

Guests have private access to the entire unit, which is part of a large multi-family property. Guests may access the unit via keyless entry using our smartlock technology. We will provide a unique code and instructions on use prior to your arrival.

The Americana is also just minutes from The Hampton Casino venue, Blue Ocean Concert Hall, and is a short car ride from the quaint seaside towns of Newburyport, MA and Portsmouth, NH and outlet shopping in beautiful Kittery, M.E. Hampton is perfectly located for a day trip to Boston, Portland, ME and the White Mountains.
