Staff were really friendly at the check in and also in the restaurant. The food was great and the room clean. The carpets were dirty and stained. It was quite hot and no air conditioning. We only stayed for one night and would stay here again. The price was really good as well.

Unfortunately the bed was too soft to support my back so I had a painfull back in the morning . Plus a guy in next top ES playing his tv at full blast at 6am in the morning so woke me up with anxiety I had to bang on his door which spoilt my night sleep

A clean comfortable room. We used the pool, sauna and steam room tht was lovely. We chose to eat at the Diner which is on the same business park. It was convenient and excellent. Easy to park and near the motorway.

Club room spacious. Even adapted room not very disabled friendly. Big bar on 1 side bit nothing. On the wall to help get up. Pool and hot tub not accessible. We had called before bpoking to check these things.
