A great hotel to stay in Hannover
In general this is a great hotel. Good location, easy to access public transportation and shopping. If the minibar also offers the wines, that will be even better.

This is no longer a 4 star hotel. It badly needs to be renovated. The furniture was very old. The sofa in my room was a very old sofa bed and the metal poked out…The carpet stained. The walls had yellowed and had marks on them, and needed painting. The shower door doesn’t close on the bathtub and water went everywhere. Even the towels they have are old with holes in them. I also had to ask for extra towels to mop up the water after showing…It is in an excellent location right by the Hauptbahnhof, and all the restaurants. It is not a four star hotel.

Had a great Monday to Friday, based here for the Euros, great train hub (trains are not always on time) the city is nice and very walkable, 20 minute walk to the park and football stadium taking in the views. Would definitely return, also minibar was free

Central-Hotel Kaiserhof is in a great location opposite Hannover Hauptbahnhof with key city centre sites in easy walking distance. The choice and quality of food for breakfast was excellent. The Brunnenhof restaurant offers a good selection of dishes for evening meals. I chose a traditional single room which was clean and comfortable with the signature decor of the hotel. A kettle is provided - but only a single coffee sachet. IMHO the room needs some attention - the windows had a temporary fixing and lacked blackout curtains. Neverthess, i would still recommend the hotel.

Amazing Hotel
I stayed for a week while visiting family. The hotel is beautiful, my room was spacious and so quiet, although just a minute away from the station. Staff were helpul and welcoming, by the second day, I was being addressed by name when going for breakfast and asked if I would like my usual pot of coffee or something else. The range of food available was excellent. Other touches that demonstrated your custom is valued are the free minibar and snacks, replenished daily, slippers provided and large bottles of their lovely body lotion given away. The most lovely touch however came on the middle day of my stay, when a lovely lady delivered 'a present' to me. A printed card, in my native language with my name and the signature handwritten, hoping my stay was enjoyable and encouraging me to speak to staff if anything could be improved, accompanied by a delicious apple cake! Such attention to detail will certainty ensure I return!
