Good for the price.
The hotel was okay. Cheap and close to the airport. Condition was good for the price and the bed was comfortable. I wouldn't rely on the "airport pick-up service", though. My flight was delayed and they just left. I phoned them and they couldnt come back.

Only stayed at this hotel for one night, as I had a flight the next morning. Fairly basic but room was reasonably clean, and quiet despite being next to a busy road. It was also ten minutes walking distance from the airport, but I doubt if it is worth a longer stay.

For price room is comfortable and clean and short distance to airport. Door lock to room locked but with a bit of jiggling the door still opened. Breakfast tastes great and is a bargain price.

Convenient overnight stay
Perfect for an overnight stay waiting for your next flight. It's basic, but does the job - don't expect much and recommended one night only. Only 5 mins from the international terminal and taxis organised for $3US - $5 to domestic.

I have arrived to the hotel after a heavy rain. The owner said that my reserved room and other rooms were leaking some water because of the rain. She transferred to her brother's better hotel's room and paid for the 6 minutes taxi drive. It was nice of them.

Very close to the international terminal
A very budget option if you are coming in late an have an early morning flight. Very basic room that was close to the highway so not very quiet. Shower is not great but adequate. An easy 15 minute walk to the international terminal. TV didn't work in my room but did in my brothers. Not in the best looking neighbourhood at night and room is very run down. The price is very reasonable however if your expectations are not high.

Close to airport
Cant find its correct email for requesting free airport pickup. So we walk to there buy it is an easy walk on a well-paved road. Just 15 mins. Happy to know the reception opens 24 hours. Did not take the taxi offered by hotel to city centre. You may hop on local bus or walk back to airport for more choices.

Hotel is used for one night stay when u wanna rest between your flights, but it didn't work well because sound isolation is so bad that u could hear people passing by. We stayed one night, and there were other guests who had breakfast at 5 am, and because of the noise, we could not sleep at all.

Great for in transit. I arrived at Hanoi by 23:30 pm. Haap Airport View Apartment is just next to the airport. A great location for staying overnight. Hotel owners are easy communicate and very helpful. Private car arranged by them is 30% cheaper than regular taxi and it is safe.

Good choice near the airport
Very nice staff, picked me up at night, the room was super clean with A/C and hot water. They serve good breakfast. Arranged a taxi to Old Quarter for a very good price. Very good family run place. Highly recommend it.

It was fine
I've stayed at a few budget hotels and this place I would put at the top. They had an actual mattress with a comforter (although it had a slight BO smell). But other than that it was relatively clean. They have a rain shower head in the bathroom which was fantastic. Staff was nice. They offer rides to and from the airport for 60K dongs ($3), an offer I took because although it is pretty much down the street, it would have been a good 20 minute walk with all your luggage. I'd spend the 3 bucks. Actually only paid $2.50 because I only had a 50K bill left and they took it. My only real complaint is that since my room was on the 1st floor that opens up into the lobby, the staff, people coming in and out and up the stairs were incredibly loud and noisy. Door does not muffle the noise at all. It was fine for me, because I was dead tired and a heavy sleeper, but light sleepers beware.

공항에서 걸어 갈 수 있을정도의 거리 걸어서 10분? 택시타면 톨비 포함 약 5달러 정도 하는 한국 기본요금보다 싼 느낌 톨비가 5만동(한화 2500정도) 전체적으로 호텔은 전혀 아님 방 상태를 굳이 따지자면.. 침대있는 여인숙..? 정말 새벽 비행기로 도착해서 몸만 누웟다 가고 씻고 가는 잠시 들리는 곳으로 적합 새벽 3시쯤 도착했을때 어떤 중고딩 같은 아이가 자다가 깨서 반겨 주지만 당황하지 않고 체크인 해달라고 하면 됨 높은 고층 건물임에도 엘베는 없으니 주의 생각보다 따뜻한 물이 굉장히 잘 나옴 그냥 정말 딱 나는 몸만 누웟다 내일 일찍 갈거다! 이러기엔 딱 좋은 호텔!

Habe schon öfter in diesem Hotel (Transit) übernachtet, weil es günstig am Flughafen liegt und war immer zufrieden. Diesmal hatte ich jedoch ein anderes Zimmer. Den Madrazen fehlte die Polsterung, man lag sozusagen auf den Sprungfedern. Sehr unangenehm. Außerdem wurde kein Wasser und kein Tee & Kaffee bereitgestellt, der Kühlschrank war leer.

订好的房间没有了，疲惫的旅程
酒店离机场很近，我们因为凌晨到河内且下午要转机去芽庄，就提前预订了这里作为中转酒店。当天凌晨三点左右到达酒店。前台服务员看了我出示的酒店订单，开始在电脑上查来查去，然后又开始不停打电话。我问他有什么问题，他只是要我们坐在那里等，之后又跑了出去，留我们一家在大厅里等待。一会儿服务员回来后，还是不肯回答除了什么问题，而是继续不停电话。大概搞了半个小时，服务员把他的手机递给我要我听。然后电话里一位男士表示他是这家酒店的老板，非常抱歉他的伙计把我们订好的房间租给了别人，但他已帮我们安排了旁边一家酒店，作为补偿他允许我们第二天早上免费在他的酒店吃早餐（其实我们的订单已含免费早餐），并免费送我们上机场（正常收费为3美元）。我们没办法，也只好同意。但这时老板要我们先付酒店钱。我说我在订酒店的时候已经付过了，但他坚持说网站并没有把钱付给他。幸好我之前打印了酒店订单，拿出来给服务员看了，服务员又跟老板说了半天，老板才表示我们的钱已付过了，不用再付别的钱了。之后服务员拖着箱子带着我们一家三口走了几百米到了另一家酒店，安排我们在那里住宿。这时候已经是凌晨四点多了。我们精疲力尽，一觉睡到中午，然后又拖着箱子回到这家酒店，酒店伙计出门叫了辆出租车，付了车钱，算是把我们“免费”送到了机场。所以非常遗憾我们无法分享住宿体验，因为我们虽然订了这家酒店，但根本就没在这家酒店住宿。
