Not disapppointed on my first visit in Hanoi
It was our first time visiting Hanoi Vietnam in December 2024. Based on the travel blogs, it is highly recommended to stay at the Old Quarter to feel the real Hanoi. The hotel is strategically located in the city center and you can walk to all the tourist spots. The hotel staff can speak good English and are very friendly and accommodating.

Excellent service by all the staff. Big, clean bedroom and bathroom. Very near landmarks, popular shops and restaurants. The hotel was so conveniently close to everything and relaxing to stay at that I regreted having to check out because of our trip to Sapa. Lovely hotel in Hanoi
The staff made you feel welcome from the minute you entered the hotel, until you left. The facilities and the location are everything you could want from your stay in Hanoi. The sraff were very attentive from before your arrival, checking to see if required pick-up from the airport. I couldn't fault anything about the hotel and would highly recommend you choose it for your stay in Hanoi.
