I expected more from a hotel that is a conference centre. 1. My mom found 3 hairs in her bed when she pulled the covers down. 2. One of the face cloths had pink makeup like stains on it. 3. We had to travel from the 3rd floor to the 1st floor and halfway up the hallway to get to an ice machine. 4. The room had microwave. 5. The room had no smart tv, just basic cable. 6. The bathroom was split in two. There was no tub for children, just a stand up shower and toilet behind a door with hardly enough room to turn around. The sink and mirror were out in the entrance of the room. The silicone in the tub was cracked and stained, definitely needing to be replaced. A microwave and smart tv aren't detrimental but after staying at several hotels this past year who have all had both, it was unpleasant to not have it when we expected it. I won't be returning and I won't recommend it to anyone else.

The only problem with this hotel is the smoking area right beside the main entrance. Cant walk in without smelling like cigarettes - lobby smells like ashtray as the wind blows the smoke right in the doors.

Nuce hotel. The only thing that detracts is the smoking area placed right beside the main entrance. Impossible to walk inside without breathing it in (especially bad for those of us with breathing issues). Front part of lobby smells of smoke all the time as the wind blows the smoke in.
