Great place to stay
Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Very affordable. Photos are an accurate depiction of the house and property. House was clean with no peculiar odors. There were a few things that needed some repair, but they didn't affect our stay. Our adult kids said the bunk beds and sofa sleeper were uncomfortable, and we ended up bringing an inflatable bed from my parents. Good closet space. The check out instructions imply that you bring your own bed linens, but they were supplied. Plenty of towels, but no beach towels provided. VERY low water pressure in the showers. We had all our meals at my parent's house and didn't use the kitchen for anything, so I can't speak to that. Locating the WiFi code was somewhat challenging - the carved bear in the corner of the dining room was holding it. It would have been better to have it in the guestbook. The website description didn't mention it, but there were a couple inflatable kayaks and some other inflatables as well as a pump. Overall the house was great for our stay and we'd definitely stay here again.

Nice house, cleaning people did not do a good job. House could use another bed somewhere and there are definite repairs that need to be done. Overall good stay, just hard for 7 adults to sleep comfortably.

First off Miss Sharon was very kind and great with communication. The home was absolutely gorgeous and the location was unbeatable. Literally steps from the water. We had a great time fishing, kayaking, tanning, relaxing & recharging. All in all it was one of our favorite trips and we will definitely be back. Thank you Miss Sharon.

Great visit!
We had a wonderful stay! We came over to see the April 2024 eclipse and the house and area were everything we hoped for. The house itself was sparkling clean with a terrific screened patio and rear deck. Beautiful views of Crown Lake, friendly neighbors and so peaceful. The Crown Resort and nearby stores were close by for essentials or a dinner out. Our host was very responsive and made sure it was a trip to remember.

Nice visit. Interior was very nice the exterior or back of the house was ok. Only real issue was fighting to garage door, as someone with a bad back it wasn’t comfortable trying to pull up and down as it sticks very badly.

Couldn't have been happier!
We absolutely loved our 6 day stay here. Our boys (2&5) would've lived in the water the entire trip, had we let them. Water access is super easy and property, while seemingly remote, is still a short drive from any conveniences you may require. The inside of the house is cozy and has pretty much anything you should need. We inquired to the owner about a baby gate ahead of time because we have a very adventurous two year old and wanted to be able to block off the staircase in the pictures. We had our own but wanted to check if there was one on site so we could save room in the s.u.v. We received a quick response telling us they don't have one ( understandable) but was ok if we brought and used our own. Perfectly fine. Every conversation i had with the owners was top shelf. We never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for a response. We would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend to anyone. The house is nothing fancy, and i dont mean that in a negative way even a little bit. Im not the kind of person that can relax in a " fancy" place anyways and we felt right at home here. We enjoyed several meals out in the screened in porch area until the humidity was a little much the last night. Gotta love our Arkansas weather :) If you're on the fence about staying here , hop off the fence and go for it. You won't be sorry ! Thank you again, Sharon, for a wonderful stay. Our family LOVED it !

Definitely coming back!
I hate we didn't get to enjoy this house as much as we had hoped. It was absolutely gorgeous and smelled amazing! All amenities included were above and beyond. Had to fight through a few in-house cobwebs, but it's spider season. The area is so quiet and peaceful this time of year! Will definitely want to rent again

Such a sweet place.
The main floor is clean and homey. We loved our stay and the host was so wonderful! The basement where you have to walk through to get to the water is unfinished with a torn floor, so I’m hoping they can fix that up to make the home sweetly perfect!

Great relaxing spot and room to spread out
We came down for a quick family trip. Weather was great and allowed our teens to spread out in the nice screened porch area. Inside allowed to family time in the living room. Night time by the lake with s’mores and campfire a plus. Downstairs area looked to be in process of remodeling and not usable but was clean to allow access to lake area. Look forward to being able to stay again some time.

July getaway
The top half of the house was fine. We were unaware that the bottom half was being possibly renovated and had obvious water damage, creating a musty smell throughout the house. It isn't terribly steep to the water, but with the downstairs in the shape it was in, we felt the only way to the water was out the upstairs and walk around the house (which was steeper and a little difficult for our elderly family members to access). Both bathrooms upstairs had damage prior to our stay--one with a broken soap dish in the shower and the other bathroom with a broken toilet paper holder. It says plainly in the description that "no pets are allowed" however, a blanket was on one of the beds covered in pet hair and large wads of pet hair were on the hardwood floor. The trash had not been dumped outside when we got there on July 5th and was already full to overflowing. My husband actually loaded most of our trash up and brought it back home with us. There was also trash in the master bath floor, which remained there through our stay because I wasn't touching it. We were very excited about the firepit area, but came to find it filled with trash from whomever had stayed prior to our visit. Having rented at other lakes we were a little disappointed with the cleanliness of things. This is the most peaceful lake stay we have ever had. There were never many boats and certainly no rowdy people nearby. There were nice TVs to watch, and a great screened in porch with a dart board that was used a lot. They even had baggo if you wanted to play. We appreciated that and the nice appliances. My husband did all the communicating with the owner and she was always prompt and helpful. Again, our only complaint was the lack of cleaning--it looked like it may have been rushed.

Fun weekend getaway
This was an older home but the inside was very clean with some nice updates. The screened in area was huge and a great place to take in the lake views. We were able to set up a four person tent and a 6 person tent in this area. The kids felt like they were glamping, it was perfect! The owners were very nice and had a quick response to a couple questions I asked. The only thing I saw that was inaccurate on description was the part that said to bring your own linens. Those were actually provided. We loved the outdoor space. Beautiful, landscaped yard and a great place to dip your toes if the weather is right! Be sure to bring some wood for the fire pit for smores! I wish there was an easier way to access the backyard from the back of the house though. There was an unfinished basement that you could go through to get to and from the backyard, but it was a little scary for chickens like me! I don't do spider webs! I'm hoping the owners have plans to finish the basement because that would accommodate our group so much better with our kids getting older. We will definitely stay here again!

This house is perfect for a relaxing vacation. The view of the lake from the deck or the living room is beautiful. It was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The owner made sure I had all the information needed about the house and even had a birthday cake delivered for me. We'll for sure rent this house again.

July 4th on Crown lake
We rented this home for 4th of July and had a wonderful relaxing and fun filled weekend. This home has everything you could possibly think of. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a Keurig with coffee, pots, pans, storage containers and any utensils you could possibly need. There were plenty of blankets, sheets and towels also. The views from the house are beautiful. There is an area that is perfect for kids (and adults) to swim from. It even has its own little beach. We fished from the bank and caught a catfish and some nice bream. There were fishing poles available for us to use as well. There are tons of water toys, my 3 year old son’s favorite was the little boat with paddles. The beds were all comfortable, and the TVs are all smart TVs, so the kids could watch Netflix to wind down after a long day in the water. They have board games and card games available and a large dining room table to sit around to play them.The house was clean and the property owner is awesome. We had a wonderful weekend. Would definitely recommend this house.
