4th of July celebration with my son whom is stationed at Ft Hood
This place was awesome. Traveling from Virginia to visit with my son whom is in the army stationed here at Ft Hood. Local deer in the neighborhood was absolutely wonderful. Great food in the area and fireworks also. Great 4th of July getaway!!!

Stay Here When Visiting
Secluded but not isolated! The neighborhood deer was a bonus, and it’s just close enough to area stores that shopping will not be a challenge. Stay here if you’re looking for a place to stretch you legs and enjoy a peaceful environment.

The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We enjoyed watching all the deer roaming the neighborhood. The house was comfortable and we would stay here again. One word of advice would be to pack a hair dryer if needed. We could not find one, even though it was listed as provided.

Exactly as advertised!
This property was exactly what our family needed for our trip to Harker Heights celebrating a HS graduation. We had everything we needed and the host was responsive and kind. It is larger than you think: 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths AND a bonus TV room that can easily serve as a 3rd bedroom.
