This Property is located in a small quiet neighborhood that is well maintained. House Has 2 full Kitchens and 7 bedrooms. Located very close to local amenities, including Pammy's Ice Cream Parlor, Mitchel Field Walking and picnic area (sunsets are amazing), The Dolphin Marina, Erica's Seafood, Many local Walking and Hiking Trails, and Stover's point local public beach. This is a great place for Families or Adults looking to have a great relaxing time. Note Most of the water wells in Harpswell have hard water, the house has a water bubbler for drinking.

The house was spotless and had plenty of space to comfortably accommodate our crew of 15! The large deck featured a great grill that was ideal for our graduation cookout and the ocean view made the experience even more beautiful. There’s plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. We had a great time at the house hanging out, catching up, and playing board games at the kitchen table. Beautiful home, would highly recommend this house!

Great Space for a Large Family

I stayed here with my family and sisters, and one of my sisters brought her husband and two children. The house had enough space for all of us to be together and yet have space to ourselves. We had a lovely time. We came for my daughter’s graduation and would recommend this space to anyone.
